Hostess had to finish up paperwork while we were standing in front of her waiting to be seated. There was no one else there. Waited 10 min for coffee. $3.49/cup. We both ordered 2 different things. When the waitress brought it out she didn't know which plate was which and we couldn't tell either. She then opened up our food with a fork and dug through it to see what the toppings were.

Went there on 3)2)25 with my daughter to have some daughter mom time , ordered food , waited almost a hour to recover it and then comes out cold, waited another 45 minutes to speak to manager, will never eat there again

Went to have a nice breakfast with my son long wait …. Food was cold tried to speak to manager I got chicken and waffles chicken was cold manager told me they were busy it’s a morning rush no sympathy no nothing very aggressive will not be going back

Place always understaffed- 42 min to get food. We were the only ones there when we ordered. Cook was on her phone at the grill. Only 3 people with me. Half of food was cold and the other half was room temperature

Im so upset , I was craving ihop so I placed an online order to pick up , I got there they were chatting it was no one in there and taking long to get to me they finally get to me I went back to car and realized they didn’t give me my drink so I walked back up in there and they took like 10 mins to get me my drink when no one was in there which should have been first red flag . I got home to eat I cut into my pancake and guess what . The pancake wasn’t even done , my food looked like it was was rushed everything was messed up I spend 55 dollars on this order . I will never come here again. The pancake mix needs to mixed in and food should not look like it was rushed . -10/10 save your money and visit .

Long wait time for food and when it did come out it was terrible. My eggs were full of onions, pancakes were flat and so tough you couldn’t even cut with a knife. Sausage was cold and very soft like it was undercooked.

The worst experience I've had at an IHop. Our waitress was the only staff member not in a uniform (the managers fault for allowing her to be out of uniform) , she was in jeans and a hoodie, clearly didn't want to be there, messed up our order and blamed the cook. Blueberry pancakes w/o the extra toppings (how do you mess that up you ask....). The waitress brought out plain pancakes only with Blueberry toppings. Like I said, blamed the cook. I watched and heard her tell the manager of the mistake, he didn't look at us or come over to apologize for the mishap. After 10 minutes and not receiving the food, we told them we didn't want it. Payed for what we did get and left. I'll gladly drive to a farther location to avoid this experience again.

We waited for at least 15 minutes to be seated, no customers were in the store. When the lady came up to the counter she had an attitude so we immediately left. All 4 of us just turned around and walked out the door.

Just walked in at 7:45 with no other customers in the restaurant and no one at the host stand. Waited for someone to get to the host stand for a bit, when she finally came walking over we’re not greeted. She gets to counter points at a receipt and asked if this was our food. When we said “no we would actually like to dine in” she proceeded to smack her pen onto the counter and give us an attitude about asking to be seated. You don’t close until 10pm and had no other customers, it’s not our fault you don’t want to do your job. We left and will not be back.
