Iron Thunder Saloon & Grill - Hickory

Great food and always a good time.

We hate to give bad reviews but this food was awful. Zero attempt was made by the cook. The fries were literally cold, the chicken was moderately warm and the pretzel was soggy and cold. Whoever prepared this food should find another line of work. Feel free to read all our prior reviews of other restaurants, we always give places the benefit of the doubt but this was awful.

The service was slow. Friday night around 8. Was there 25 minutes before they took our order. The karaoke was too loud, couldn’t even carry on conversation. It was gross how the bikers looked at the young girls with their butt cheeks hanging out of their “uniforms “. I was sad they were subjected to that because of what they have to wear! The best compliment I could give is that the drinks were perfect. Not too weak or not too strong.

First time ever going here. I enjoyed my food, a couple other with me said theirs didn't taste right. The service was good, and she kept checking on us. I would go back. The karaoke guy played his music very loud, we couldn't hear each other at the table. I understand if someone was doing karaoke, but he let his music blast mostly, and he sang a couple times.

The chicken was very plain no flavors no seasoning and it soak the bottom bun so I had to ask for other bun

The food was okay, service was okay. I got ribs and they and the sauce on top were cold...but the plate was hot so I'm not sure what happened there. Bathroom is gross and needs a good cleaning nasty stains all over the walls, toilets, and floors. I've been here a couple times and they just get worse.

Not a biker, so can’t speak on any of that. I did however see several posts about how good their food is. We got sandwiches and the mozzarella sticks. Called it in for pick up. It was delicious and service was excellent.

We didnt have food, nothing seemed appealing on the menu. Beers were cold and the place still looks the same.

This is a must stop if you are visiting the Hickory, NC area near the Blue Ridge HD. The food is awesome!
