They sucked ordered three simple things and only got two couldn’t remember a simple kids meal
But didn’t forget to charge for it how convenient

The place was a ghost town. Drive thru was on but not a single employee there at approximately 8 a.m.

Food was good. Mix of hot and warm fries in our orders. Service a little slow. Friendly staff.

I placed an order with DoorDash and paid for it there. The DoorDash person had to wait 1 hour just to have someone speak to them and then was told they cancelled our order because their register was broken. Makes no sense considering I already paid for the order. Pathetic.

Best jack in the box I've ever been to and I've been to a lot in multiple states. Very friendly staff and food is always hot and fresh. Takes a little longer but always worth the wait!

Hot and juicy double bacon cheeseburger! Delicious, barely could eat it all! It was so big. Costs about the same as any other fast food restaurant. But it's better in my opinion! Should have taken a picture. Give them a try! Been there twice at lunchtime, not really busy and ate inside the dining room. I think the food is better when you eat at the restaurant

Went through the drive-thru. Had the pleasure of meeting tina. She had a wonderful attitude and was very nice. She even ran out the front to bring me my churros that had forgotten. She is the reason I'm giving a five-star review 😊

I got 2 of the swiss buttery smash burger combos for $30??? I don't mind paying five guy prices but they better be good burgers. These tasted like dry gas station nuke burgers They weren't buttery they weren't smashes. They did have one piece of swiss. So at least that wasn't a lie. What is wrong with corporate burgers just feeding garbage and not caring about the consumer? The Jack in the Box of HWY 70 is phenomenal. But Hickory for some reason just don't care about there reputation. Won't be back. Don't suggest you go either
