The Lobby is nasty dirty

I went this morning around 7:40am and online they said they were open. I went to drive thru and up to their window. No one is there to take my order. If they are not ready to open, online should said close. It wasted my time...
I am a regular here and do online ordering all the time for my lunch break. I have celiacs disease which makes me allergic to gluten. I always modify my order to have no bun and it’s never been an issue before. Today I was told my order wasn’t ready, to pull to the front. When I did over 30 minutes passed and so I went inside and they handed me my order. I walk back to my car and then realize they still put bread in my order which I’m allergic to. I take it back inside and explain to them and then I hear the cook make a rude remark about “why even come here with a gluten allergy”, but not so cleanly put. This offended me deeply and made me feel unwelcome in the establishment. There’s a sweet lady who works here usually that has makeup that matches her headscarf and is so sweet. She wasn’t there today, and she is the gem in the rough and deserves a raise for putting up with her ignorant, rude, younger co-workers. I would have left a 1 star review if not for her.

Me and my husband came thru the drive thru February 1st 2025 the lady who helped us her name was Amariz 1st off she was absolutely beautiful!! Very friendly lady loved her attitude she smiled the whole time great customer service experience btw love her name !!! We need more Amariz in this world ❤️

I work for Door Dash and this is the 3rd time I've had to cancel A customers order because they are closed when the signs and online says they are open. THIS GOES AGAINST MY COMPLETION RATING WHICH LOWERS MY PERCENTAGE RATE AND KEEPS ME FROM GETTING THE BETTER DELIVERIES. SO YES THIS EFFECTS MY PAY FOR THE NIGHT AND WASTE GAS AND TIME. I usually don't complain about much being I've worked in the food and customer service industry for long enough. This issue has persisted long enough that it should have been fixed in store and online so its not A problem for anyone.
