Don't mind paying for good food. Just want what I ask for. Customer service was terrible. Was not offered anything but meat and cheese on my sandwich. We got there late but certainly deserved what I paid for. Hickory location.

Other people said they were slow and overstaffed but they were understaffed and working their butts off tonight. Great job guys!

Very nice people and the sandwich is excellent. I order from all different Jersey Mike’s but this one is the best. Very clean restaurant too.

Thebeaver50's review is spot on. There were 6 people behind the counter....all dazed and confused. The food quality is so so, this was my first Jersey Mikes visit and my last. The tables were nasty, floors had food all over them....with that many employees there someone should be cleaning non stop. Jimmy Johns should train these people.

The food is good . The subs are always good at Jersey Mike’s at most locations. This review is specifically for the Hickory location.

If you’ve ever watched the movie, Keystone cops, it plays out every day in the store.

There’s always six employees in there running around in a 5 ft. x 5 ft Square behind the counter, bouncing into each other, looking dazed and confused , Asking each other, other questions and nobody knows what’s going on.

If you can manage to get in the store when there’s no other customers or maybe one other customer, you will be fine but if there’s more than three or four customers, you might wanna bring a lawn chair.

this place are on a constant rotation of new hires. Everyone in the store is training and when you return the next week, there’s a whole new set of employee still training. Every week or two is the same thing over and over and over so nobody ever knows what’s really going on and by the time you wait for a couple subs and a soda you could’ve actually went to the grocery store bought all the ingredients and went home and made it yourself saved yourself the time , aggravation and insult .

Everything but the sandwich was amazing. Sandwich is dry bread. Not enough toppings and not enough sauce, and they will not change it
