I just purchased a bucket of chicken 8 pieces and the chicken was not done unfortunately I had to take the chicken and reheat it up they need to start making sure the chicken is done not halfway done very disappointing I wish I can take a picture and show everyone all around the world but unfortunately I do know how to do that part

We tried the hot wings and the wedges. The wedges are no where near what they were originally, but they were good, just a little flat and some too crispy. The hot and spicy wings were spicy and a little too crispy, but ok. I remember the wings being better when they originally had them. The girl at the register was very polite.

It’s honestly not even worth a star. Went to the drive thru and the women was completely rude and disrespectful. Me and my family ordered the 8 piece family meal and we usually have no issues getting half drumsticks or even more than half. When we asked the women nicely to get a majority of drumsticks she proceeded to tell me that she’s been there 3 years and they don’t do that nor have they ever and was just overall rude. This KFC use to be run very well but idk what’s happened. When we got our food the chicken was dry, mashed potatoes were very runny. Hopefully they can get this place back to how it used to be.

This used to be an awesome kfc. The last three times I have placed online orders, its like they are not even paid attention to. Whoever is managing this place is so worried about the drive through that everyone in the dining area or online get pushed way back. You have to find someone to come to the counter... have to let them know they havent started your 5 minute online order 20 minutes later.. and you still wait 20 mins watch several other online orders go out. A couple came back wrong tho

I order the KFC famous bowl and I got 3 small size of a chicken nugget in a big mash potato bowl other time it's not even full the bowl look like I got someone left over thats been eatin out of I don't know if it's the worker being lazy or is it the worker was only being told to go cheap and use very little as much as possible but whatever it is I think I'm don't with KFC im just gonna cook at home.

3 pc Chicken was old, tough and nasty. Did an uber. 2 breasts were so deflated of moisture was like eating leather. Im a fan of KFC and have never had chicken that bad before.
