Food was good, service was good and prices comparable to today’s world. Fries were real potatoes. Wings flavor was good, would have preferred more sauce. Very good atmosphere as well. Beautiful outside deck. We”ll be back!

I am 60 years old and have Never received worst service.The waitresses were extremely rude. Refused to take my wife’s order first as I am a Gentleman and believe in Ladies first. I asked for a manager the waitress ignored me. I had another employee get the manager. I explained the situation he was rude and Defensive. I stated. They need to train their staff better he said they are trained to do what they want not what the customer wants! I informed him I would not pay a gratuity. We never saw the waitress again! No napkins no refills on drinks etc… when we received our bill the gratuity was added in. I refused to pay it as a gratuity is not a mandatory fee! According to the law. I called the Hickory Police. Who made me pay the gratuity under threat of arrest! I paid it. Though it is not a criminal offense it’s a civil matter that the restaurant could have sought. I was not refusing to pay for my meal just the gratuity! I will never go back! And advise everyone not to visit this establishment in Hickory NC. Absolutely terrible customer service from everyone. I would give them a zero if I could. I will be filing a lawsuit against Hickory PD for forcing me to pay something I am not required to pay. I will also be contacting corporate about this. RUN from this Establishment!

Food was good but the service absolutely sucks. While waiting on our food there was 2 managers standing behind us talking about how employees don't want to work and also talking about individual employees on how they don't want to work and their availability sucked. Sounds like good management right NOT. Waitress came to the table and asked us if we wanted an appetizer and we said not today and she rolled her eyes. Came back took our order took forever to get our food. Waitress number 2 came out with the food and delivered it like she could care less. Waitress number 3 came out and said all good here is your check. Wow really. Seems like if you dont order beer and apitizers here they could care less about you. This was our first and last time we will be at this place and will definitely tell other people not to go to there

Great sports bar. Pub fare food. Sone well and alqays good service.
We were taken to the outside to eat not whst we wanted, it was not busy at the time. Very windy and people were vaping next to us. I didn't want to inhale their smoke while eating. Wings were not fixed right. Salad came without the dressing I asked for. No refills on our drinks and the one waitress gave us attitude when we asked for boxes for our leftovers. This is not our first time here. But this time it was not good.

I really loved Kickback Jack's since I have been going to mooresville location, but the Hickory location tonight management was very unprofessional and my waiter was very rude at me over asking for more napkins. I never knew that napkins had shortage right now at the restaurants. I never had to ask for napkins before when someone is serving you food. Let alone I messed up my shirt with some of the appetizer, and only asking for more napkins because you can literally see I made mess on my shirt. I am at the table telling my company that was with me how can someone just bring two napkins at a table when it literally six of us eating food right now. Also, the waiter never brought any plates so we could share our appetizers with each other. Then waiter comes over all upset because me and my guest were talking about how we only got two napkins with attitude like you need more napkins and I said "it would be nice." Then, the waiter go to get the manager who acts like I am in wrong need to tone down like we at school function or something. I said tone down this is a bar establishment with the Televisions are very loud as heck, and people at my table could hardly hear me. I paid for my food and we'll not be coming back customer service sucks. I give it no stars 👎😒

We've visited many times and I'm just now leaving a review. I'd say overall it's hit or miss. Usually the wait time for a party under 4 isn't too long. We don't prefer the high top tables because the chairs are difficult for kids, but if you want a booth you will wait longer. The service is sometimes excellent and other times, like today, not great. We barely saw our waitress. We've had numerous items from the menu. Our favorites are probably the burgers, but the last time we ate here and got them, our medium rare burgers were black. The fries are awful and we never eat them. The fish & chips (not chips but it comes with the terrible fries) is decent with good flavor. My husband liked the Cajun shrimp Alfredo and has liked the ribs. I've had the salmon numerous times and it's usually always good. We've tried a few appetizers and they taste like basic appetizers would, just a bit pricey depending on what you get. The atmosphere is a sports place with tons of TV's all going, so except it to be a little loud. They do have a lot of menu items to choose from, so there's something for everyone. So, with that said, it's a decent place to eat and you may have great service and food one time and then the next you don't. But they really do need some new fries and a better way to cook them.
