We come here for their holiday themed donuts and was excited when we seen they had Christmas ones. Unfortunately these were not up to their normal standard. Still taste great, but was let down on the appearance.

The products themselves are great but sometimes ordering through the drive-through kiosk is such a challenge! Pictured below was 9 of their fall flavors with remaining three glazed(Dozen) for $21.28(??) This is why I have trust issues!

What a wonderful general manager, Nick! We had a Minecraft-themed birthday party for my two grandchildren yesterday, and I ordered 3 dozen Minecraft donuts from Krispy Kreme in Hickory. Nick called on Saturday morning to make sure everything was ready when I arrived—an hour away from home! Alisha was the decorator and did an amazing job. Thank you both so much! The children loved them and ate every single one! ❤️

Great customer service! Even during their busy Halloween season they found time to put my donuts into individual sleeves for my wedding welcome bags. Nick called to let me know my order was ready EARLY, and to come on in to beat the rush. And you know the donuts are amazing. I know my wedding guests will love them. Thank you!!

I’ve been into a few Krispy Kreme’s in my day. This one was new to me. Service was impeccable. Could always be better. Got my hot donuts. I had to wait a few minutes, but that’s OK. I’ll put this place on rotation.

I ordered through Doordash and the delivery driver stole my entire order, but they were kind enough to remake it as I had someone else go to pick it up from my job. They were professional and another gentleman named Nick called me later to check to be sure I got my order, which he apologized for, but I didn't hold him at fault at all. I appreciated him checking in with me and he was so sweet. I was informed that the driver was promptly blocked from taking orders from that location as well as the driver stole someone else's order too. All in all, this location is great at what they do and I thank them deeply for all they did to make things right.

Krispy creame sucks anymore they took the great cream filled and turned it into a regular donut with cream filling the other cream filled they put chocolate on top YUCK! No assortment of good flavors anymore. I have heard about a place called Mr. Bob do nuts in Marion they say is great with an assortment of flavors guess I will drive 25-30 miles to get a donut.

We were given donuts from the previous night after arriving at 7am on a Saturday morning. The app showed hot and ready, but they didn’t have any. A separate instance, I arrived on my bday. The app wasn’t working for some reason, but I showed my ID and the manager was rude about not having the app working but gave me the birthday box “as a one time deal”.
