Every time I come to this location on springs road I get a rude employee. It can be a guy or girl whoever is working there usually has an attitude even though I am super nice and just want a pizza. Word of advice go through the drive thru for hot n ready because they will make you wait if you go inside to pickup while they give hot n ready to the drive thru it makes no sense. Management needs to crack down on this location they suck. At least the pizza was good and just like the other locations just there customer service is garbage

What happened to their service? The lip ring Troll at the window was rude and hates her job so she takes it out people just trying to eat. 3 min early for my order and nobody behind me so I waited at the window... "if anyone else comes up behind you, you need to MOVE!"

Friendly staff, food was great, restaurant was clean, online order was ready quick and in the warmer by the time I arrived. If in the area an looking for a Little Caesars, I'd recommend stopping in or ordering online and giving them a try.
I was really pleased with this location today. I made an online order for 15 pizzas, and it was ready upon arrival. The staff showed a lot of pleasant customer service. I watched the drive-thru window attendant present the pizza to the customer to receive approval of the pizza and carefully tucked napkins into the side of the box on a gusty day. Also, without hesitation a member of the team volunteered to help load my pizzas into my car. Great guys! 2/4/2024 1:30 pm team, if management sees this.

I ordered 5 hot and ready pizzas. They were DRENCHED in grease. To the point where the crust was SOGGY! I get that it's a pizza place and everything.. there's gonna be some grease...but no this was like they took the pizza and just submerged it in the grease trap or something. My wife threw up. I had diarrhea. Absolutely disgusting.

Ran my card twice said only one order was put in I showed them there was to separate transactions on my bank statement 1min apart pretty sure since one order was on their screen but the card reader was ran twice someone was going to put cash in the pocket out of the till be careful when going here everyone in street clothes no uniforms very shady place oh and we got home and the orders were wrong
