I was out visiting my children and grandkids and on my way home I decided to stop and try those new pepperoni cheese puffs. Oh let me tell you those things were hot , fresh and sooo delicious. The staff was very courteous and even brought them out to my car .

They're great. They just really need to continue working on their professional or business wise. They definitely need some more toning up on the customer service skills honestly. Idk, but they're still overall good to go with friendliness when it comes to manners and being polite. I love em and I'm even a doordash driver for the pizzas there at times.

Never again will I go to this store. I ordered 2 Italian cheese breads and one pepperoni pizza with light sauce online at 5:49pm. Received our food at 6:07. Started munching on the cheese bread while in the parking lot. Realized the pizza had no pepperoni and sent my husband in the store at 6:19pm. Got our newly made pizza at 6:51pm. This was after they had made it and sent it out as a hot and ready but didn't tell him. I can understand mistakes; however, my husband overheard the conversation instead of being told directly what the issue was. Once my husband got in the vehicle, I went inside and requested a number for someone over this location. The manager very politely asked what the problem was. I explained and received "I am so sorry I didn't come and find you to explain." I didn't need an explanation as I was not the one who requested our pizza be remade. I requested a contact and was told "I do not have a number, but his name is Steve with Bumgarner Oil." This was also after the manager attempted to resell a pizza that was sent out of the store, into our vehicle, opened, and cheese picked up to see if pepperoni was under the cheese. NEVER AGAIN. Convenience isn't always best!!!
I drove about 10 minutes out of my way to come to this particular location because I was hoping that they would be better than Shelby and I was so happy to find out they exceeded my expectations. I just so happened to mess up my online order like an idiot, but the manager there was so nice and accommodating to help me sort through it. I have not came across a manager for customer service, so kind, polite and courteous as he was. My extra most bestest pizza was also delicious. It remind me of what Little Caesars used to taste like. I hope all locations can hire excellent management and staff as caring as this location. Thanks again.
