So disappointing. I thought they used to have beef dishes but guess not. So i went with coconut curry chicken and bourbon chicken - The curry chicken was so bland and the bourbon chicken tasted and smelled burnt.

I think some people are smoking crack when you look at some of these reviews. I’ve never had any problem coming here. Granted I don’t frequent the mall very much, but when I do, I always stop and get lunch here and as far as price goes you can’t beat it. Plus they load you up on food so I don’t understand all the hate. Every time I go, things are always done perfectly. Mongolian Chicken for the win ?

I ordered online for pick up I ordered two Rangoon and sauce when I got there, they didn’t have the shrimp which was OK and I asked for replacement and when they were packing it, I asked them did Put the Rangoon inside the bag and she kept reassuring me she did and that she did and she was kind of rude about it and then another girl comes out and says you forgot a pack the Rangoons and then they had the bag and I thought that was it I get home to know that they didn’t put the utensils. I asked for they didn’t put any of the extra sauce I asked for, and they didn’t pack me my other pack of Rangoon, even though I kept asking them to reassure, they were rude about it and saying they did For $27 I’m highly disappointed in the service.

an absolute JOKE. not only are they unintelligent and can’t even put in white sauce i ordered but they put five whole pieces of chicken and call it a freaking night. what a lousy excuse for workers/restaurant.

Ordered a 2 entree + 1 side dish. My bourbon chicken was pretty burnt and they had just brought out a tray of chicken and brocolli so I also got it. My chicken was completely pink, undercooked, and management agreed. We were given a refund for the raw food but they continued to serve the chicken after acknowledging that it was raw. They also didn't swap out the older chicken before placing the new chicken directly on top, so the next few customers were also happily served raw meat. They definitely should have pulled the whole container out and cooked new chicken.

Ordered this via delivery last night and I have to say it was very good. Doesn’t look appealing with how it’s packaged but my order was very good and hit the spot for a hotel quick meal.
Maybe I just caught them on a bad night but it was awful ! the firecracker ship and crab ragoons had been there so long they were to tough to eat. Plain nasty after a few bites dumped in the trash. lesson

Food was wrong when delivered. Tried to call store but they apparently closed. Three of the four orders was completely wrong. $55 in the trash. They gave us what was left before closing early because nobody will work there.
