Been getting pizza here for awhile. Always good... tonight we tried a pepperoni/sausage pizzoli, Italian sub, and chicken bacon calzone. OMG!! The smells in the car on the way home had me droolin'. Damn good Italian sub. Pizzoli I'd get again for sure. The calzone was on point too. The price points are good too. Even better if you use the app, sign up and get deals via email to use. Manager Nick is doing things right here. Recommend for sure.

I'm not ashamed to admit that 90% of the time or more I'm getting the buy one get one on Tuesdays but since me and my wife were out we decided to drop by and actually order before I took off and picked it up from there and there were two gentlemen there working their butts off getting it done and I must say it's incredible watching what must amount to a well-oiled machine working and it just happened to be that day that it was a buy one get one so they got like 20 orders before hours or around the same time but we still got it within 20 minutes. And I probably don't have to say how good that stuff tasted!!!
I've been living in Hickory for nearly 6 years and have passed the Marco's location on 29th Avenue NE all those years and never ventured into the store. Well that all changed last night. I ordered a pizza via Uber and it's gotta be one of my favorite pizzas ever. I believe that I've found a new pizza home!!!

Omg! Super yummy! By far the best pizza I've had in a while. Marcos blasts pizza hut, papa John's, and dominos out the pizza oven! The tracker told me my pizza was ready. I walked in, was greeted and seen my pizza being sprinkled with seasoning and being boxed. Very polite staff and pleasant environment. Thanks yall! $15 for an xl pizza is such a score!! Great Job!!!Parking: Connected to an old movie gallery. Huge parking lot.
We got a XL Pizza, 2 pizza bowls, and wings. Everything was outstanding! And super fast! Placed the order online in the parking lot and was ready in 10 mins. Brought it right out curb side. As we were leaving my phone rang. It was Marco’s. They had given us a pizza bowl that wasn’t ours, had us come back and gave us the one we ordered. And had us keep the other one as well. Will definitely be back! Thanks for good food and awesome service!Dietary restrictions: They have pizza bowls that have no bread. Also cauliflower bread pizza ! I stopped going to this place about a year ago because it was hiring anybody. They couldn't get anything right and dress codes, well...,. I gave it another try around October of 2023. I don't know if it was new management or something else but they got themselves fixed. Have been going back at least once a week since.Vegetarian options: The garden pizza is one of the best veggie pizzas I have had.

My friend recommended this place and this was my first time ordering here. Excellent pizza and service. Was on time and hot!
Placed an order for pickup tonight since delivery estimated a 40 minute wait time. Arrived at 8:15 and got email confirmation that our order was ready. When I got there, I was told it would be ready soon. Then I keep hearing how a bunch of pizzas/food hasn’t been made. So I wait 15-20 minutes to ask about my order since they seem a little crazy and turns out our food was actually never made, despite being “pickup ready”. Finally at 8:55 I ask again on the status of my food because no one has mentioned anything to me. I get food at 9 and get an award certificate after waiting 45 minutes for a free small cheese pizza and free cinnasquare- which is nice but not enticing to come back. If I hadn’t asked how much longer for my pizza, I don’t think anyone would have realized how long I had been waiting. We love Marco’s pizza and cheese bread but this makes me not want to come back. Hopefully this “glitch” gets figured out. We’ve had longer than preferred wait times here before but tonight was not it.

Ordered pizza via phone. Paid for pizza via phone. Order included 2ltr drink which young person went and got, pulled out a bag and opened it up and walked away. I asked if he was going to put the drink in the bag and he said "No". I asked why and he said, That's not my job". I said, that's just customer service, I'm sure that customer service is in your job description. I asked to speak with manager, kid said he was manager on duty. He again refused to put the drink in the bag. Totally unacceptable. Kids today just don't have a good work ethic. I left without any of my order. Will never go back.

I walked in and placed an order at about 6 in the evening on a weekday. This is my first time trying Marco's. Staff greeted me, was personable and friendly. The pizza was ready in a few minutes. At one point while I was waiting for my pizza, there were several orders being placed/ picked up. I was seated in the lobby. A staff member come to the lobby counter from the rear of the store and asked if I had been helped. Staff were great and the pizza was delicious. I look forward to returning .
