3/11/2025 It’s sad how I paid for my foods then went to the car and had to come back in two times . First bag didn’t have my fries so I had to go back in to ask for it . 2nd time going in was because there was no 6pc chicken nuggets in my kids happy meal. I wasn’t even mad I just went in and ask for it . The first older woman didn’t say sorry . The second younger girl didn’t even say sorry too but looked at me and act as if I didn’t paid for my food that she forgot to put in my bag acting as if I just wanted free food or something . She turned around and put the 6pc in the bag didn’t even hand it to me as I was standing there just waiting. Put it right on the pickup counter without a word just turned around I was sad to see that because of their own mistakes of not putting all my orders in my bags end up with this situation of her treating me as if I was a liar and beggar. Forsure 100% me and my family will never go to this McDonald ever again.

Don't get curbside here. Literally takes forever.

Managers have a trash attitude, doesn’t bother to help until they realize they’re wrong.
Made my order 45 minutes before I got there, everything was cold.
They tried telling me I ordered curbside, but if I ordered curbside I’d have a parking number no?
Anyways, have the day you deserve.

Cold fries, really cold fish sandwich an no lemon added to my tea. I asked for lite ice, my friend did not, he got less ice than me. I was very disappointed, the Lenoir McDonald's does a much better job.

I come here often for lunch since I work right across the street. Today there was a hair in my frappe and the general manager Karen is responsible for making my drink, I seen her through the drive thru window. After respectfully asking for the manager just to politely show her that it was her hair in my drink she made eye contact and refused to come talk with me about the issue, now I have to leave a negative review and contact the owner John Link. Thanks Karen.

Terrible employee service. Paid for a meal $9+ weighted in reserve spot for 10 because I asked for no pickles. Came no drink hand to go in to get it. HORRIBLE customer service by the cashier at the counter. Apparently a "trainee" was the one to rectify the situation and make it right.

Came here on my birthday today cause I was in the mood for a frappe with Oreos & caramel drizzle which we get quite often from here & normally they’re pretty good. But tonight it was awful. Sent the fries back & asked for fresh ones, they got an attitude when we done that “it’ll be a few minutes, just pull to the next window” wasn’t even 1 minute & we got handed another fry , barely warm. Sent it back again the lady didn’t even let us finish our sentence & said sure & walked off. Pretty sure they gave us the same fries back a 3rd time. Can’t even eat them because they’re cold. Asked for them fresh on 2 separate occasions still was not fresh. Finally after 5-6 mins go by we got our frappes & she said that she tried her best & wanted to get them perfect but one of them wasn’t even full. I was gonna ask for a refund on all my stuff but she ran away from the window before we could say anything & the line was too long to go back through. I am a general manager at a fast food restaurant & if I had employees that did this to customers & had attitudes when politely asked to fix something they would not work there.
Like I said we come here multiple times a week for frappes & it just had to be on my birthday that we had this horrible experience. Highly disappointed :(
