Not happy with service. Employee changed for a drink and coffee I didn't order. She added it to my order, and when I questioned her, she said she couldn't change it. To not be rude, I accepted it in stride even though she would not involve the manager. I only asked for water but got to pay for drinks I didn't want. No more business from me.

You have got to address the language barrier at the drive-thru. I understand it's hard to find employees and you have to hire who will actually show up but you don't have to have them in a role of direct communication with customers so that orders aren't incorrect.

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Dining room was closed. Went to the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes for them to take my order when there was only one car ahead of me. After taking my order, waited another 25 minutes before we made it to the window. Gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that maybe there wasn’t that many people working, except when I pulled up to the payment window I saw 4 people standing around on their cell phones. They also got the order wrong (2 happy meals). Will never ever give my business to this McDonald’s again. Almost an hour of my life wasted.

Food sucks needs to go back to the way it was in the 90s but that will never happen miss the taste of a duble cheese burger from back then so much sad how food changes

Took way too long for 2 burgers. When I pulled up she pointed over towards the front and said pull to 4. No greeting, thanks for patience and no parking spot 4.

Friendly staff Great food the only issue my son an I had during our visit is I felt the management was rude and disrespectful to some of the other employees in front of customers.
Dietary restrictions: Access to all nutritional facts available for menu items which was great for my visit because my son is a diabetic and has to watch his intake of certain things
Parking: Handicap parking available, wheelchair access friendly and plenty of parking including vehicles with trailers.
Kid-friendliness: Very child/family friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Free range of wheelchair access including restroom access, table seating
