I went up to the counter to order my food and also had my client with me who just ordered a drink. The lady taking my order and taking payment for my clients order from the kiosk, decided to have one hell of an attitude with us and snatched the money from our hands so rudely. Very unappreciated services from her.

Ordered a Small CARMEL FRAPPE and they put a circle of Carmel on it. it’s ridiculous, do better.
The last 2 times we was there I told the woman on the drive through 4 times what we wanted at the pick up window we checked our order they STILL GOT IT WRONG CAN NOT ONE PLACE IN HICKORY NC GET AN ORDER RIGHT WINDY CITY GRILL IS THE PLACE TO GO PERIOD
