Would love to rate the food however I was only allowed to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no response, then to only drive to their doors to see they closed early.. drive thru wait from 10:42 to 10:52, then at their doors by 10:52 to approach a locked door before their closing times. Booo McD’s….

I love mcds but this one is the worst not because of food or anything no it's management they fried my husband without even telling him just because he caught covid and he was still due pay from when he did work and he never got it! Dont work here! urll get riped off my man made more on ssi then working @ this hell for 5 days and bearly get what maybe $200 if that a week when before he made near $1000 every month tell me should the owner really own this with management this bad

We've been lucky with really good staff and managers at this McDonald's. I know everyone is struggling to get people hired but last couple times was great. Few times my orders were really messed up.

This was the fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever been at. I don’t know who was on the fries, but they made sure the fries were fresh. The burger wasn’t dry and the buns were moist.

The people that work here act like they would rather be anywhere else, it was hard to get help and they already denied and walked away before I asked my question. While our order was made correctly and came quickly, it was thrown together haphazardly and most of the condiments were more on the outside of the burger than on the burger. The fries were soggy, stale, and barely salted.
I keep saying I wouldn't come back to this location, but with every change in management, I get my hopes up and come back. I think this time is finally the last time. I just can't do it anymore.

I asked for large coffee with 5 creams. I questioned was that large?, was told yes. As I opened the top to drink I found it had no creams. I’m upset because I was treated with poor voice inflection that I was wrong and it was medium.

The touch screen didn’t give a receipt. So I didn’t know my order number. The machine should at least give you a number on the screen even if it gives you a receipt or not. Very friendly staff.

Fries were not even warm. Didn't give me my sauce. Had to go inside and wait. There was two people waiting as well.
Manager on shift tonight at 8:30 july 30th. All she did was stare and go back to her order screen for drive thru.

Drive thru seems to be more important because yall worried about the time instead of the quality of yalls food. As a manager you should be able to multi task and work the front and drive thru. If you cant you're not cut out for it.

Do better but than again its McDonald's what can you expect. Lazy workers and lazy managers. Yall need to retrain yalls staff. If you cant help with people who dine in or even come in to get what their missing in their orders. Don't even bother to have a dine in fast food.

I went through drive thru yesterday and when I was trying to order the employee kept saying huh and kept putting the wrong order in till I got to the window and still forgot 1 item in bag plus no napkins and when I was trying to ask for sauce the employee rolled her eyes.
