Staff was fine as far as taking orders, but the food was awful. My family and I actually got sick from eating here. The dining room was messy/dirty. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and looked like they were never cleaned. Never again will I visit this place

I had such a wonderful experience at Moe’s! I had the sweetest girl take my order. Some of the best customers service I’ve had in a while! I believe her name was Micha. Highly recommend!

Went in late last night... starving! Food was great. Restaurant was very clean! Was served by Micah and she answered all my questions with a smile! Since I have food allergies I had a lot of questions. This was a good experience and I will be back!

We love Moe's! We’re just a little tired of coming here expecting to use our rewards or participate in Moe Monday and then not being able to due to the staff’s lack of training. It’s happened multiple times unfortunately. Nothing is ever done to compensate for the experience. Just an “I’m sorry” and we pay full price. Oh well.

This Moe’s was not busy when we arrived, but got busy shortly after. Our food was ready quickly, and it was delicious. We should have gotten one entree and split it. The portions were large.
The store was clean, and we noted a high sanitation score, always a plus in a restaurant like this.

Doesn't answer the phone at all, leads someone to believe they purposefully turned off their sound on the phone. Makes no sense at all and had to contact corporate to deal with my small concern that had they answered, would have been able to easily fix for me. Never again, I wasted my whole lunch period trying to get my food. Guess I'll go back to Chipotle.
Learn how to answer the phone. You get paid for that, it’s a part of your job. It’s not hard. Never again will order from here.
