Horrible food, decent service I try this place once a year to see if it ever makes good food again but unfortunately the past two years it’s been nothing but disgusting food

Got seated, ordered drinks, waitress finally came to the table with no drinks and we asked about the drinks and she told us they were making them, I personally ordered a beer so they were making my beer? Ordered appetizers, waitress said they were out of that particular one, asked about drinks again and she said they were out bartender was with the alcohol supplier checking him in , so after 45 minutes with no drinks and no appetizers and no food we got up and left and we will never visit again and I would not recommend anyone else to go back!

Waiter very personable. Shared his knowledge of the meals. How well the food was prepared by the cheif. He was very attentive.

First experiences are not always accurate!!! Caught this gem during a very busy time, needless to say, food was not to their potential due to excessive business at the time.. I travel between Florida and North Carolina frequently, and I had the pleasure of meeting Matt (Manager)...Matt has gone above and beyond to make sure my party was well taken care of!!!! Restaurant. Has won my parties approval and we will be loyal customers from now on!!!!A big thanks to Matt and his team tonight!!!

Great food and fast, friendly service. They have the best chicken tenders, honey mustard, and rolls around. Try the tenders rolled in chipotle. The Louisiana sirloin is great as well. Always a favorite when we are nearby.

This place was listed as "Dockside Charley's" on Door Dash. There was no info stating that this restaurant was in fact O'Charleys. It cost $50 for 2 people, there was barley any food in the tray. I could've gotten a family meal at Bojangles. The cole slaw was watery and nasty. The catfish and cod fillets were no bigger than the chicken tenders. I paid for this? Never again will I use Door Dash nor eat from O'Charleys.

Best restaurant in hickory. Great service and amazing food. So good! Plus they give back to the community and have great discounts for military and veterans. Never bad service.

Pretty average. Nothing I'd write home about but the staff was friendly. It was pretty empty and still took quite a while to get our sandwiches and wraps.
