O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

This is one of our favorite places to eat. They have great service and the best rolls on the planet. I absolutely have loved this place since I was younger than half my age..I was 17 when I first ate here and I love it. We visit here often. They have amazing food and drinks too..

I've been eating at this location for more 20 years but have not been there in a long time because they kept changing the quality of the food. The loaded potato soup is not the quality it used to be. The delicious soft rolls have been replaced with what appears to be frozen and bake quality. The table tops are so sticky that I had to put the large menu under my plate to keep my arms and utensils from getting stuck on them. Wanted to give it a try again but won't be going back. Sad because my late husband and I used to eat there a lot.

Service was fantastic!! Madison was super sweet and very attentive. The spinach and artichoke dip was honestly not good. It was mostly spinach and some Parmesan sprinkled on top that wouldn’t melt. Probably had two bites before putting it to the side. Had the garlic pasta and it was also just okay. I’ve had the pasta before and it was better in the past. The rolls were also not as good as they usually are. Was honestly pretty disappointed with the food. Service was fantastic though!!

We came here for dinner tonight and things were going off great until my plate of grilled chicken dinner looked like it was just boiled and the seasoning was just threw on top on one side, I couldn't even finish it because of how blain it was other the that I liked the baked potato and the mac and cheese was kinda just regular but the service was great, our server was a wonderful young lady. The chicken is something I won't get again though

I did not complain to management. I worked in food service and know how difficult days can be. Rolls did not get proofed that morning therefore they were very flat. However the server did bring out fresh later on that was better.
We ordered baby back ribs and they were very tough and not good at all. Noticing that they were probably the days before ribs with fresh BBQ sauce. My friend and I were very disappointed in our visit in reference to quality of food.

In the area for a car audio show, traveling from Chicago, our first dinner in the area.

It was good, gave the food 4 stars because I wasn't a fan of how the ribs were cooked. Kinda tough and chewy, didn't fall off the bone as described. For the price I expected a bit more from the ribs. I did take a bit of my partners steak. Even though he gets well done, it was very good and flavorful,(I like a juicer steak usually).

It was calm and quiet except for all the loud trucks racing by on the street lol.

Our server was a sweetheart, I believe her name was Lisa. Hard working and attentive!

Next year, if we attend this event for a second year, we will come back with more business!

The hygiene of some of the staff is questionable being is a restaurant. The food was NOT eatable AT ALL. The butter was sour (bad) and the lettuce was wilted there was mayonnaise coming out the sides of a sandwich, the best to looking forward to was the soup the use to have the best soup and it was so thick it looked like slime. I am a waitress as well and if I see that the food has not been touched I’d ask if there was something I could do for the customer. Money and time waisted for sure not recommended.

Food is good. But takeout seems like they don't care as much about quality. Loaded mashed potatoes (that you pay extra for) had minimal added toppings. And two of our three trips our orders were messed up.
