Had to find a brewery for our day trip out to Hickory and happy we chose Olde Hickory. I loved the aesthetic of the carved out bar in the brewery. Parking was right around the corner - you could definitely miss it if you weren’t looking for it. Not a ton of parking, but it’s a pretty small bar area. I love that they had several TVs up and were playing college football and basketball. That’s a way to my heart. Everyone was very friendly. I had a flight and my wife had the Christmas Ale. I think of the four beers of my flight, I really liked one, liked two others, and didn’t love the last but beer is subjective to the taste buds of the drinker.
I’m glad we went and next time we are in town we will try to stop in again to try some more beers.

Beer is delicious and they have an excellent selection- and the taproom is definitely fun to hang around on game day. Had a blast hanging out at the bar with the bartender on a Sunday cheering for a Panther’s win (sorry your Bengals lost today!) he kept the TVs updated with all the games we wanted to catch and cheered along too - 11/10 recommend for a lowkey spot to enjoy the game without a huge crowd to overstimulate the heck out of you. Everyone who stopped in while we were there was very friendly. Will come back often!

We stopped in for a few drinks after having dinner at Olde Hickory Station. This stunning bar is located right inside the brewery itself, which gave it such a cool, authentic vibe — like we were getting a behind-the-scenes look at where the magic happens.
Jon the bartender was the highlight of our visit. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and just a genuinely great guy to talk to. Whether you’re a beer geek or just stopping in for something cold and refreshing, Jon makes you feel like an old friend.
The beer selection was top-notch — fresh, flavorful, and with a wide variety of styles to suit any taste. Everything we tried was brewed with care and attention to detail.
If you’re in Hickory and love craft beer, do yourself a favor and visit Olde Hickory Brewery. Great beer, awesome atmosphere, and even better people. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved this place. From out of town for a work trip and wanted a place to grab a brew with a calm environment. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Drank the Hat Trick Lager and the Nova Hazy IPA and loved both of them. Highly recommend!

We’re from out of town and were pleasantly surprised! Staff was nice and the food was great. We got fried mozzarella as an app (10/10) he got a chicken sandwich (9/10) and I got a meatless chicken sandwich, it was tasty! (8/10)

This place was so awesome! I had the wings which were better than any wings I have had in over 12 years! And this girl eats 12 wings! Also the warm bacon vinaigrette dressing on their signature salad was incredible. Servers were wonderful and beer and drinks cold and refreshing. Highly recommend this place, wish I lived closer would be here every week : )
