My husband and I were craving a good steak, but this was such a disappointing trip. We each had a ribeye and a house salad. We waited 30 minutes for our steaks. My steak was so undercooked, I had to send it back to have it put back on the grill. We had to ask several times for condiments. My water was never refilled. This was just an expensive lesson to learn. Our waitress never apologized or offered to reduce any price. If we go back, it'll be a long time
I was in the area visiting! A great experience. A hard working staff & they are all so friendly. The food was amazing! Especially the way they cooked my steak was to perfection!

Recently went here to use our gift care. Hardly any customers and still had to wait an hour. Onion was burnt, chicken was dry, bread was hard, portions were smaller and prices were higher. Manager didn't seem concerned. Waitress was pleasant, which was the only thing that was. We use to love Outback in Hickory but they lost our business.

While the beer selection may be limited, the overall dining experience at Outback Steakhouse is positive.
