My husband and I were craving a good steak, but this was such a disappointing trip. We each had a ribeye and a house salad. We waited 30 minutes for our steaks. My steak was so undercooked, I had to send it back to have it put back on the grill. We had to ask several times for condiments. My water was never refilled. This was just an expensive lesson to learn. Our waitress never apologized or offered to reduce any price. If we go back, it'll be a long time

I love the food. It is always top quality and the service is excellent.Charlie was our server in the bar area. He is one of the most professional, genuine and congenial servers we have ever had at Outback. Keep up the good work Charlie and Outback!

Just know that they do not use REAL butter, SO many things have soybean oil, but they do fry the foods in beef tallow, which is a plus.
And the cheesecake with the chocolate sauce is to die for.

Been to this location several times and had a nice experience each time. Wait staff have all been wonderful which is a HUGE deal to me! The food comes second and it was great as well! Seemed a bit cool in there so I'll remember to wear a sweater next time.

Awful experience here yesterday. First off, a server brought out bread and slammed it down on the table. The bread fail off and part of it landed on the table. He was Hispanic, looked to be about twenty, and wore glasses. He barely apologized and should be fired. Next, we got the bloomin onion and found a long black hair in it at the first bite. It took over an hour to get entrees. The filet was over cooked. Could barely eat it. The lobster tail was a joke. Very small. Did not complain to management because all we wanted to do was just leave and end this experience. We were there close to two hours in all.

First, the good. The salad was very basic but was
was fresh and flavorful. My ribeye was cooked to perfection, and I was well pleased with it. The service was great. I recommend going during off peak hours...no wait and super service. The butter cake dessert was different, and delicious. Now, the not as good. Beer on tap selection is horrendous. Barely anything and definitely not interesting. The coconut shrimp....was a bit of a disappointment. I suspect it had been sitting in a warmer far too long. The batter on the shrimp was far too dark and stale. First time I had visited an Outback in years....

90 minutes to get food. Manager offered more food as compensation. He could barely hold his head up from yawning and being tired. So frustrating. Drinks stayed on empty. Had to ask multiple times for things. Starts with management.

Busy restaurant, but the server was friendly and on top of taking care of us. My husband's steak was a little under cooked so they took it back and cooked it a little longer. But all in all everything was good
