Normally a good place, but lately has been bad...serving stale pastries, hard bread, and is always a fight to order. They're constantly out of things, half the time you order you can't get what you want because they're out. Only redeaming quality is the soups.

Not impressed, very dirty, poorly kept and no one seems to care. Doubt I will return.

I ordered delivery and highly disappointed in the freshness of the ingredients I got in my salad. I could barely eat it, the greens were old and mushy and disgusting. I can’t believe they would even sell it like this. Panera is too expensive to be getting old nasty greens in my salad.

I have a group of friends that gets together for coffee and conversation. Panera is a staple of our visits with, hands down the best deal for daily coffee with the sip club membership. Is there better coffee other places, sure. But that can also cost substantially more money if you go everyday. So, this is a great option. The coffee is good, the service is generally wonderful and that applies to every location I've been to across 4 different states and multiple locations per state. All of the food I have tried is good.

The desserts are about the best thing on the menu. Staff could definitely use a little training on staff engagement. It's a comfortable place to work but has some limitations.

Ordered 2 teriyaki chicken bowls. Paid $27 dollars for bowls that had about 4 pieces of broccoli , few pieces of chicken and about 1/3 cup or less of rice!!!! A total rip-off.

Unfortunately Panera has lost its touch. Everything is bland, the bagels looked pale and undesirable, the soup was almost tasteless and the people that were at that location seemed to me that they didn't want to be working there. There was no one else, and they still messed up a simple take out for dine in. Not a big deal, but it's the little things that count. Just felt that I was at a different restaurant, felt off here at Panera. I wish they went back to service with a smile, making great baking with passion and tending to customers truly caring for them. It's the second time I've come to this location and leave feeling disappointed. It's a great company with great products, but the delivery is lacking.Panera Team, step up your game and show everyone what you are truly capable of. I believe you guys can do better, because in every state I've visited or lived in Paneras has been a shing star for food, a small bite or desserts. I miss that. Bring it back!

Order online for delivery, when I received my food( Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT) it was real real sloppy.. seem like they just throw everything and even had bacon and avocado underneath the sandwich! Like really??!! Sloppy work in putting the sandwich together.. Won't be ordering from here anymore.
I will never return to this establishment. The lady that took the order was great, courteous and answered questions. The lady making food with the facial piercingWell that’s a different story. The sweet tea machine was empty and when I asked if they had any in the back she screamed at me yes but we are busy, I said thank you and stepped away. Another consumer asked and she screwed again WE WILL GET THE SWEET TEA WHEN WE CAN. I understand they are very busy but this woman is screaming at her co workers for trying to assist consumers. I requested a refund on my drink because I refuse to be screamed at again. The lady that is doing my refund her badge says shift leader…tells a gentleman as he’s walking in the door that she’s ready to walk out. This is a very stressful and hostile environment and there is absolutely no sense in treating people this way! It took 25 minutes to get my food out and during that time anyone that asked for sweet tea was screamed at. Any staff that tried to assist people asking if they had sweet tea behind the counter was screamed at. Another customer was so upset over how she was treated just walked out. I get people have a bad day. But there’s just no sense in treating people in that manner. There was enough staff back there this situation could’ve easily been resolved or point-blank Tell people hey can you just pick a different beverage not scream at them. For 15.26 for one small bowl of food you would expect better service.
