The food is good. When you get it. Haven’t been here in a bit and was hoping the service improved. But it hasn’t. Placed an order in the app with a specific pick up time. I get there 2 minutes early and proceed to sit in the drive thru line for nearly 40 minutes…for a cup of soup and half sandwich. Ran out of time in lunch so didn’t even get it before having to back to work. Asked for refund. Waste of money and time. My last time coming here.

Panera bread has no business making hot chocolate and what the heck is frozen hot chocolate? It’s just a chocolate milkshake. Just say that Panera.

Had to wait on someone to take our order , when they did it was wrong. Went to take it back and the girl looked at my and went back behind the wall so she didn’t have to help me. Will not be back again
Came for a quick sandwich and soup before a massage. After 35 minutes…had to get it to go since massage time was ready. No 1/2 and 1/2 for the coffee but…no decaf coffee either. Our to go order did not have the chips and apple requested. It would be one thing if they were busy but there was one group in front of our order. Don’t come if you think you can get in and out in an hour

Hey so if you plan on eating here make sure not to bring a 100 dollar bill!! Even if your order is 67 dollars which it just might be. The super duper professional employees will not accept it. Also my smoothie genuinely tastes like sink water! This place needs some serious evaluation.

Pathetic. We didn't find out that they were no longer serving breakfast until we tried to order. Then I ordered half of a chicken salad sandwich for $6.29 that was so small I finished in in 5 bites. Won't be back! Overpriced!!

Vegetable oil. Sunflower oil. Corn oil. Canola oil. All cause inflammation in the human body. Do better Panera. We all know you can afford to give us quality. You have to do better with your ingredients!

I’ve never had issue with Panera—their food or their service. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I walked into the location at 2260 US Hwy 70 in Hickory, NC and was ignored and treated worse than something on the bottom of someone’s shoe. The worker was stocking the refrigerator, which was fine but she never took a moment to acknowledge I or my friend were there. When I asked if anyone was working the register (after I walked to it, which usually signals a person is ready to order), she said it was her but never stopped what she was doing. Never apologized, never asked for a minute to complete her task, just ignored us. If this is the way staff is trained to treat customers, I can no longer spend my money there.
The managers need to do better everything i come here they are out of steak or onions. Tonight there out of bread. Very disappointed in this location.

We found plastic in the mac and cheese- Additionally, my friends order took roughly 15 minutes (we got our food quickly), and his chicken was cold unfortunately. My food was good though but not the best experience.

Lucille was very rude. I had a very disappointing experience with her. The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. They made me feel unwelcome and were not helpful at all. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.
