Visited last night and watched the guy make my turkey sandwich and sit it on the corner. The other guy walking around in the back with his AirPods watching Facebook reels made eye contact with me but made no attempt to do anything except be on his phone. I watched my bag sit on the corner get cold for 10 minutes until the window girl came back and gave to me. Absolutely ridiculous service.

This place is overpriced for what you get. The food is ok. The cashier was rude. I would never put this in as a choice to go and eat. They only choice for diabetics is diet Pepsi.

We got our food in good time, but that is probably because it didn't take long to put the very small portion of chicken on the sandwich. The food was very good, if there was more of it. If you are looking for a reasonably priced restaurant with a good amount of food I would recommend taking the large amount of money that you would spend here and get twice as much food from it somewhere else.

I haven't been to Panera Bread in approximately 15 years. I didn't stop for any particular reason. Just found other options more appealing.

Earlier today I went to Panera and had challenge after challenge. First, I tried ordering online but there's no option to do so when using a gift card.

So when I got to the drive through, the employee took my order but didn't listen to me. I read directly from the website, as my failed order was still in the cart.

Somehow, the employee placed an order that was SIMILAR to mine but not the same.
Iong story short, I overpaid. I also paid for soup I never received and the bread was hard.

I ended up paying $17 for the $12 order I placed AND didn't even get all the food.

The soup was really good though.

The food is good. When you get it. Haven’t been here in a bit and was hoping the service improved. But it hasn’t. Placed an order in the app with a specific pick up time. I get there 2 minutes early and proceed to sit in the drive thru line for nearly 40 minutes…for a cup of soup and half sandwich. Ran out of time in lunch so didn’t even get it before having to back to work. Asked for refund. Waste of money and time. My last time coming here.

Had to wait on someone to take our order , when they did it was wrong. Went to take it back and the girl looked at my and went back behind the wall so she didn’t have to help me. Will not be back again
