Pathetic. We didn't find out that they were no longer serving breakfast until we tried to order. Then I ordered half of a chicken salad sandwich for $6.29 that was so small I finished in in 5 bites. Won't be back! Overpriced!!

The small portion of soup I received for my take out order was absolutely ridiculous.

Vegetable oil. Sunflower oil. Corn oil. Canola oil. All cause inflammation in the human body. Do better Panera. We all know you can afford to give us quality. You have to do better with your ingredients!

I’ve never had issue with Panera—their food or their service. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I walked into the location at 2260 US Hwy 70 in Hickory, NC and was ignored and treated worse than something on the bottom of someone’s shoe. The worker was stocking the refrigerator, which was fine but she never took a moment to acknowledge I or my friend were there. When I asked if anyone was working the register (after I walked to it, which usually signals a person is ready to order), she said it was her but never stopped what she was doing. Never apologized, never asked for a minute to complete her task, just ignored us. If this is the way staff is trained to treat customers, I can no longer spend my money there.
The managers need to do better everything i come here they are out of steak or onions. Tonight there out of bread. Very disappointed in this location.

We found plastic in the mac and cheese- Additionally, my friends order took roughly 15 minutes (we got our food quickly), and his chicken was cold unfortunately. My food was good though but not the best experience.

Lucille was very rude. I had a very disappointing experience with her. The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. They made me feel unwelcome and were not helpful at all. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

Pick another place. This place is filthy. I questioned eating my broccoli cheddar, it was curdled. There was only one person working the register at lunch time and there was a line out the door. I'm very disappointed. Also Panera needs to do a better job listing their gluten free options or at least train their servers of their products

Got the green goddess sandwich and it’s completely different. Usually has arugula with basil and the green goddess sauce. Today it was served with warm lettuce and they subbed the GREEN goddess sauce for a brown vinegerette

The past few visits the experience has been terrible. Food is made wrong and customer service stinks. I wanted to buy a pastry and was told they couldnt sell me one because it was for tomorrow. 5pm and you already cant sell me a pastry??? Ridiculous!!!! Lady wasnt even nice about it. Skip it!!!
If I could give negative stars I would. Went in person for a to go order this afternoon, ordered a potato soup bread bowl and one of the new ciabatta dippers...the French dipper. Drove almost 12 miles home to discover that they forgot to include the potato soup for the bread bowl...that was my husband's dinner, guess not. My order,
the new sandwich was a joke, there was hardly any meat on it, may as well call it a bread sandwich with some meat.
It was $28. Called the store and the woman I spoke to was nice enough and offered to give us a credit for the exact order again. I told her no, I will never go to that location again, if fact we're done with Panera altogether. The quality of their food and portion ratios are ridiculous for the price, years ago we frequently went and were always pleased with our food/portions.
I used to hear horrible things about the location on 127, now that's gone, and the one on 70 certainly lived up to 127's reputation. Take your $30 and spend it at a locally owned small business. All these chains are just huge disappointments anymore.

Picked up an Everything Bagel before work. Asked for it sliced only and asked for cream cheese. Got to work and it was stale! Won’t go again until I know the get rid of ones from day before!
