I go for carry out and their pizza has always been delicious. I always get original crust not thin with extra cheese. Also it is always ready when I get there to pick it up. The people working inside have been very nice. Very yummy and convenient!

We ordered the Shaq special and boneless wings. I wish we hadn't. Dry pizza that tasted like it was made the day before and cheap nuggys from the dollar tree. We haven't been to a Papa John's in years but WTH happened?

It has been a long time since we have ordered From Papa John’s. So long that I had forgotten how disappointing it was. The crust was hard and flat like cardboard and it barely had any cheese. Do I have to pay for extra cheese to get cheese on my pizza?! We will not be ordering from Papa John’s again. I am deleting the app tonight.

They will leave drinks and food out of the delivery and will not refund you.
If you pay cash then they deliver. If you use a card then door dash delivers the order. All of my Doordash deliveries have been terrible. All of my papa johns orders have been great! Pay cash!

My mother ordered two garlic stuffed crust pizzas and when we got home one wasn't stuffed crust. No big deal right? So she called to let them know about the mistake and Leah was very rude to her. I was in the other room and could hear her cussing my mom basically treating her like a "Karen" when my mother didn't even raise her voice or get rude with her at all. She was cussing her so loud I could hear her from the other room. Literally shocked. And it wasn't even that big of a deal but I don't appreciate someone talking to my mother like that. You don't talk to people like that. It's be one thing if my mother was being extra or rude but she wasn't. Leah definitely needs to be fired or re trained on phone etiquette. Because you don't take it out on an older woman when you're having a bad day. Won't be coming back
