Worst Pelicans In Hickory. We live on springs rd and still make the drive to 321 because this location is a disaster. If you don’t have 45 minutes to waste waiting on a snow cone then you better go elsewhere.

Kayla at pelicans went above and beyond with her customer service right at closing time. We have came before and others just flip their sign to closed and she smiled and said how could she help us. My three kids and I ordered and she was so upbeat the whole time. This is why I come to the springs rd location. Also we asked for whipped cream and she filled in the middle and on top! Workers like this is appreciated! Way to go Kayla!

I tried a new flavor cherry limeade and liked it. I also treated a family of 3 who had never been there before. The 2 girls liked their snowballs but the mom prefers slushies.
This Pelican's is one of the most polite and wonderful I've ever had the pleasure of visiting! The owners are always around and always a pleasure to interact with! They also give thanks to fellow veterans like myself as well. My manager and I visit this place 2-4 times a week ?! I definitely recommend them ❤PS. They have doggo snowcones too

Every visit has been my favorite! Pelicans is such a clean and welcoming place to be. The owner recognized my husband and that's when I could just tell they're all good people. I am so glad to have made it on the last day of the season. Can't wait until 2022!

I love this place. The flavor choices are phenomenal and imaginative. The prices are reasonable and the size choices are great too. Staff is always friendly and fast, no matter how many folks are in line. I also love the fact they upcycle old locations and make them over. It is a great place to sit and have a sweet treat and have a good time. I would make this a nightly visit during the summer if I could!!
