I love that this Pizza Hut is a throwback to the 90's! It reminds me of pizza parties when I was a kid.
They always do a great job on our orders. The gal on the register, Holly, is super sweet as well.

Came to order a quick bite for lunch, took us over 45 minutes to get our food which was only two crafted flats. Dined in but had to order up front just to hurry up the process, I thought. It's supposed to have a ranch base but nothing, and it's mostly crust. Then we asked for napkins and are totally out. Just wished we had gone to the other Hickory location, they are much better ran. The young lady that took care of us was sweet and did well but the rest of the experience was less than desirable.

I order with the app to pickup and so far so good. Only that last time it was kind of odd they make me wait the way they did but the food was good.

Today is August 22, 2025...I came in to this location at 11:52am (buffet starts at 11:30am) along with my coworker on our lunch break (we only get 30 minutes) and there were NO PIZZAS OR SALAD at the buffet..only small salad plates! There were only two workers and one was literally on crutches with a boot on her foot....I can't make this up!!! After sitting for a few minutes we were asked our drink order by the lady on crutches and after pouring one of the drinks she went off to do something else and never brought us our drinks lol. Which was kind've disappointing because I really wanted to see how she was going to pull that off. 17 minutes later we were brought our drinks ( no napkins or silverware) and this is after only one pizza had been placed on the buffet which was gone in about 3 minutes because there were other hungry people waiting as well. 8 minutes later only ONE CHEESE PIZZA came out and after we got our next few slices of that it was time for us to go back to work. Now I will say the staff did recognize their lack of ability to produce pizzas by 11:30 and before I could even say anything at the counter our bill was reduced to 50% off....but with that being said I WILL NEVER COME BACK OR SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! I have came here before and pizza was late coming to the buffet not to this extent. Whoever made that poor lady work AND take drink orders should've had somebody else come in to help assist. Oh I never leave reviews for food so that should tell you everything you need to know about our experience!

Went to Pizza Hut on 321 in Hickory NC today. It's been a long time since I ate at Pizza Hut.

I can tell you that their buffet was horrible. All of the food was old cold and dried out. The carrots on the salad bar were, well dried out and had black spots on them. Not a very good selection to choose from. Don't waste your time and money here.

I have loved Pizza Hut all my life . Enough to purchase Pizza Hut from this location multiple times in hopes they get it right being a local homeowner ! ! Every single time they have delivered a repulsive looking pizza to my house and a few times it’s made my wife and I sick as well .

We love franchises because of quality control and knowing what to expect . This Pizza Hut location for some reason can not get it right . This is the worst Pizza Hut location I’ve ever experienced .

Save your money , go drive an hour elsewhere for Pizza Hut if you get the craving

They threw out the pizza I was supposed to pick up to deliver three minutes after the time, there was plenty of people still there cleaning up, maybe throw the pizza out last, some of us are working too and don’t like to waste our gas, mileage, and time.

They are nice workers but seem very understaffed which can kill any employee's morale. I think this Pizza Hut bombing is an upper management issue. I have 8 mouths to feed and I can't play around with under cooked or burnt food. When I made a complaint
they sent an email that they added money to my account but didn't. The store still honored the email though.
