The food was just nasty! The pizza was COLD when it was delivered, the pizzas had sparse toppings, and I didn't get part of my order. This has happened to me before since the change to DoorDash! I ordered a tavern pizza that didn't have any tavern seasoning on it....very disappointing...since I didn't order a regular thin. The staff just don't care...this is why I have decided to begin patronizing other pizza places. WOW, how this company has went downhill! Hire more help and train your people on the art of positive customer service!!!!!!

The cheese does not have the normal string pull that you would expect. I suspect improper handling / refrigeration.

Today was the second time I have order takeout and they have some of the kindest humans working at this location. The pizza was delish, my breadsticks were *chefs kiss* and I would recommend this Pizza Hut location! Thank you for the positive experience!
I ordered a pizza from the Pizza Hut and it was not what I ordered. I immediately returned the pizza . The staff there was very friendly and nice and understandable. They made me a new pizza as well as let me keep the one that they messed up.. I would recommend this Pizza Hut Pizza Hut in general Pizza Hut one of the best pizza places there is

Very disappointed. A bug was baked in the cheese on my daughter’s pizza. Tried calling them and manager was very disrespectful tried contacting the cooperate office after my second attempt to speak with someone inside the store still waiting for a response now

Apparently they have door dash delivering now and every time I give this damn place a chance I don’t get my order. They let the door dash driver walk off with food that I would have gotten had they had actual drivers for the damn restaurant. I live right there near it and yet nothing.

Smh... I've been going there well over 30 years the last couple times the guy was so rude to me and tonight I tried to order two cheese pizzas for my grandkids I asked for two pepper packs two cheese packs he said the order has already been placed and hung up on me ...I called back I asked to speak to the manager I got hung up on again he was so rude to me two other times before tonight as well when I tried to order pizza I asked for my money back I'm done rudest customer service ever they're not hurting me pizzas everywhere they're hurting Pizza Hut in which I will be filing a complaint because I'm not ever plan on going back really sad how they treat a customer that's been one over 30 years ?
