I have been eating at this Pizza Hut since it first opened. First with my Grandmother before she passed, now on my own via online pickup. I miss how the wings were before they switched to Wingstreet, but the pizza is still good, maybe even slightly better. Though other businesses in the vaccinity (Beef O'Bradys and Family Video, to name a few) have closed down, this one is still here, and I hope it stays here for a little while longer.

Called order in for a pepperoni pizza. Looked more like a cheese pizza. Then they to call in about it. I was placed on a long hold and hung up on twice!!!

The food was just nasty! The pizza was COLD when it was delivered, the pizzas had sparse toppings, and I didn't get part of my order. This has happened to me before since the change to DoorDash! I ordered a tavern pizza that didn't have any tavern seasoning on it....very disappointing...since I didn't order a regular thin. The staff just don't care...this is why I have decided to begin patronizing other pizza places. WOW, how this company has went downhill! Hire more help and train your people on the art of positive customer service!!!!!!

The cheese does not have the normal string pull that you would expect. I suspect improper handling / refrigeration.
Today was the second time I have order takeout and they have some of the kindest humans working at this location. The pizza was delish, my breadsticks were *chefs kiss* and I would recommend this Pizza Hut location! Thank you for the positive experience!
