Unfortunately this trip was not good, pizza had way to much sauce, it seems maybe a new cook it was to be half cheese and half meat lovers it was however all meat lovers.

ordered 4 large pepperoni pizzas the day before to be picked up at 1230.I get a call later that nite asking about the time of order. he had it as 10:45 pm that nite, that's what call center moron entered in computer. The next day at 11 am I called the store to double check order. they had it as 4 CHEESE pizzas to be delivered at the wrong time again.had I not made 2 follow up calls these people couldn't be counted on to complete a 4 pizza order (all identical)its a dumpster fire and I recommend avoiding it like the plague.it wasn't the person on duty who made the pizzas fault. its CORPORATES fault for hiring people who can't speak English to take orders for money from folks who speak ENGLISH>ill never darken their door ever again, I promise
This Pizza Hut location is pretty amazing for a franchise/chain restaurant. We went to this specific location twice, a month apart, and the staff remembered us from our first time here! Excellent service. Nostalgically satisfying pizza. Definitely recommended.

I LOVE HOW THEY MADE MY PIZZA THE WAY I WANTED IT. A LOT of pizza place said they CAN'T make the pizza with sauce, meat then cheese on top but my Pizza Hut sure does. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK Pizza Hut. The pizza was really good the only thing is they need to put more sauce on it. The temperature of the food was great. The employees were great.

I placed an order online. Called to add another item. The lady was completely rude and changed my order as well as. Totally over charged me and the pizza wasn't even what she said I ordered. When my order was picked up,she was asked about it. She didn't want to give us the correct change afterwards made it out like we done something wrong. I have my receipt and pictures of my stuff to show it wasn't even what she said I ordered.

I always order for pick up at the window. Love the convenience! Specialty pizzas always taste a little bit fresher than say the big box deal, but I guess. I will say that every employee that I've ever interacted with has provided excellent customer service. Not that drive up sales are very long, but my point stands.Parking: Ample parking, no issues fi ding space.Kid-friendliness: It's not an arcade but it's not lascivious nor sterile nor ridden with fragile objets d'art so its a decent place to bring a kid.

Very poor experience with trying to order online. First couldn’t sign up online app. Tried to enter a password according to instructions and it wouldn’t accept it. So ordered on general online site. Tried to order a Big New Yorker with extra cheese. Paid for it and when I arrived at the store it was an extra cheese pizza without pepperoni. The staff said that is what came over on the order. The staff said it wasn’t unusual for people to have trouble ordering online. I left and got the pizza I wanted somewhere else. Fortunately there are a lot of other Pizza Restaurants options. Because I have attempted to eat my last Pizza Hut pizza!

At least it’s good pizza. The pizza was delicious. The only complaint is the way it was cut was ridiculous. Big New Yorker 6 XL pieces. We ended up with 2 XXL pieces and four pieces of cheese and some pepperoni and plenty of crust. Disappointed to say the least.

service sucks here habitually.pizza hut social media support sucks just as bad.nothing like arriving and sitting at the window and waiting 10 minutes for order that is sitting in warmer.the hiring practices either suck or the working conditions are so bad noone worth salt would work there.made my last trip there today.Marcos which aint all that either at least has someone to perform tasks necessary to run a pizza jointi know im just glad im not this franchisee....
