I've waited for almost 20 years for this restaurant to come back and today we discussed to try only to be disappointed. I was told to speak with the owner, I told him about all the dirty dishes, the food quality and he said thank you and did nothing about my bill. Anniversary lunch ruined but hey why care about the people that keep you open. We won't be back! I'll just keep going to village inn Pizza. We left at 1225 on the 11th of February

This is not the pizza inn I grew up with in morganton nc. The pizza was not good. I love pizza and even bad pizza is still pizza. This wasn't great even the fresh pizza was bland no taste. Most of the pizza had been sitting for a while where it starts to look bad. The salad bar was good according to my wife...but everything was running low and needed to be refilled. I tried a few slices and it was all below average at best. Our servers were nice and the place was overall clean. I was hoping for something better

Been to several pizza Inn in my life time. By far the worst. Service wasn't bad, at all as far as wait staff. The guy behind the buffet though was terrible. Very rude. Turns out he's actually the owner. Have never been at a pizza inn like this one and we certainly will not go back.

I hope this place stays in business the food is great. Everything I had was so good the taco pizza is the best I’ve ever eaten anywhere. The spinach pizza was to I’ve never tried broccoli cheddar soup but it was amazing I will be eating it from now on. There’s a pecan cinnamon wrap on the dessert my husband said it was really good they get gone fast when they come out of kitchen so everyone else likes them to. There was so many different kinds of pizzas. Then pastas and soups salad bar was great I would have liked it if it had green olives but that was the only thing it didn’t have.

Had I seen the open area where the dishwasher is with nasty water FLOWING all over the floor toward the dining room (nothing blocking the view- no doors or anything) prior to eating, I would've left immediately. The pizza was mostly gross & all hard, thin crust. The salad bar was ok but nothing fantastic. Pasta? Spaghetti that had been sitting there forever & some yucky marinara sauce on the side; Mac & Cheese, that was surprisingly good. The dessert pizza was a nightmare-- something that looked & tasted like marshmallow creme stuck under a broiler; gross strawberry pizza with some icing & globs of cinnamon on it & another dessert pizza that was maybe apple? Undetermined what it was. The hostess/server was a true delight, but I'd advise her to seek employment elsewhere. This joint needs to be closed down by the health department based on the kitchen area alone. Surely won't go back, no matter how cheap the buffet is (they're running an $8/person special). You couldn't GIVE me a pizza from this nasty dive. If the health department doesn't get them, I give them a maximum of 6 months tops & that's being generous. I wish I had taken my phone in with me-- i'd show you some pictures that would turn your stomach.

My family and I went to eat here since it was new.We had to wait 45 minutes for a table Then the table was right smack in the middle of where people wait in line for tables. I couldn't even sit down in my seat to try and eat with all these people standing over me We left will never return

Pizza crusts was like under cooked crackers. The couldn't keep up with the customers. Pizza bar was practically empty every time I went up. Salad bar is basic. The onions tomatoes and bell peppers are diced .village inn is 10 times better. I won't be back.
