The food is absolutely delicious! I wish I lived closer to go more often. Ive had the Uncle John's BBQ sandwich which is smokey, savory BBQ topped with tangy pickles and yummy slaw. And the Hawaiian bowl is filling and has a wonderful combination of flavors. I cannot wait to go back for more. I really hope they thrive in Hickory.

First let me say I’m not vegan. But heard good things about it so thought I would give it a try. Tried their Carolina BBQ sandwich and macaroni salad as a side. WOW! Their sandwich surprised me, looked like pork BBQ, tasted exactly like pork BBQ and finally even texture of a pork bbq sandwich (without the occasional fat bite that I hate in real pork bbq) slaw was great, not too fine, gave it that good crunch and flavor. I would rate it a 10 out of 10, which is surprising even to me. The macaroni salad was also excellent, good mix of flavors. Great job guys.👍

The Boss never disappoints! This was my first time trying the new BBQ option and it’s a solid 10/10! The flavor, texture, and even the smell are all perfectly BBQ-inspired. Definitely a new favor and I hear a new permanent option!
I don't live in Hickory but let me tell you everytime I visit this place the food is yummy so good !! One of the best vegan restaurants! Even if you aren't Vegan you need give this place a try it will make you wonder why you aren't. I am vegan /vegetarian and if I've been a few times and will continue to go !! This is an amazing gem. Hickory doesn’t have many vegan restaurants but, I’ve been to several around the area and this is the best by far. My husband and I both got the pesto chicken and it was delicious Mac salad was phenomenal everything was so delicious and tasteful. Staff were so helpful and very friendly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a vegan lifestyle change

We stopped here on our road trip from NYC to Asheville. We loved it! I ordered mac & cheese— really good, with a light smokey flavor. I had the chicken kale caesar salad— so good! My husband and daughter had the minimalist beyond burger, and loved it! Great food— definitely recommend! - Robyn (NYC)

So our son is plant based vegan but we are not. However we do try some things and some we like others we are like never again. Now this place is a hidden GEM in Hickory NC. We were passing through and found this place and I am so glad we did. The pesto wrap was great. The pesto sauce should be jarred and sold! The salsa and chips were excellent. My son loved his burrito. The owners were so sweet we enjoyed our meals and the conversation. Hope to see them on TikTok in the near future. Blessings!
