My husband and I had lunch here today and as always it was amazing. The food and service is always first class!!! The chef also came out and visited with us to make sure our food was satisfying. We really appreciated that! We will definitely keep coming back to one of Hickory's hidden gems!

Spent $223.00+ tip on 3 meals in house and a take home. Our stuffed mushrooms were old, the clam chowder was worse than old but they replaced with some not as bad. 2 lobster tails were undercooked and 2 were not. Scampi was good, fried shrimp edibles and crab legs were cold and rubbery. The take home was missing the biscuits and 2 clam chowder (which was ok considering it was spoiled) but was on the bill. The take home Bar Harbor Pasta was not good but not rotten. The take home shrimp were not edible. Highly disappointed and was the last time for Red Lobster for us. Our server was great but if this was my first time eating seafood, I would never eat it again. Thank goodness there are places that do better. Really serving spoiled food is not good for business.

Excellent service and food! Our server Shayna was very attentive and friendly. She ensured we had everything we needed and made recommendations to us. She continually came by to make sure are drinks were filled and to see if the food was to our satisfaction. Excellent customer service. Upon this visit we had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Jose who also was very friendly and had Excellent customer service. Treated us like family and made sure our dining experience was to our satisfaction. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend!Patti Miller

Was a little chilly inside and food took some time to arrive, and they had a couple of our sides wrong though it was easioy remedied. Otherwise, no complaints about the service. Mashed potatoes and biscuits were great, shrimp alfredo was good too but needed mixing as some of the pasta was dry with the other side of the plate was swimming in sauce. The garlic shrimp scampi was also good, same with the walt's and coconut shrimp. The popcorn shrimp was good but it was mostly breading. The grilled shrimp skewer was dried and hard to eat. The vanilla cheesecake was amazing. Overall a good experience, good food. Crab legs were also good, better served with scissors in my opinion, but the cracker provided does the job with a bit more skill (and splash!)

My family stopped to eat dinner at Red Lobster in Hickory, NC on our way home after a busy and long day. My husband ordered salmon. When the salmon arrived it was cold and not cooked through. The waitress asked if he wanted a box and he said no that it was not good. He explained that it was cold and not cooked through. She said she would see what she could do and when she returned she said she could take 10% off. We paid and she brought out a couple biscuits. My husband again showed her that the salmon was raw and her response was that they had problems in the kitchen that night and she was sorry. I called back and was able to speak with the manager Joseph. He was shocked about our experience and asked if we could come back on the weekend and he could make it right! We returned and had an amazing server (Danielle). We met Joseph and he was out and about checking on all of the tables multiple times. Both Danielle and Joseph were very friendly and attentive to our table and needs. The food was wonderful and overall a great experience this time!

For 34.99 I thought it would be a lot better and a little more than what I got. I'm not 100% but I thought lobster tails were served hot or at least warm mine was cold, if that's the way it's supposed to be then ok, and it was so small for 35 dollars. My steak was ordered medium but looked over done was barley pink.

The food at Red Lobster is always so fresh. Our server Heaven was absolutely amazing. She was kind, accommodating and kept a smile on her face the whole evening. The Manager Jose is 1 of 1. You don’t find many men in management like him. He remembers me and my family every time we come in. His vivacious personality and thoughtful spirit is something myself and my family alway look forward to when we come in. Keep up the good work RL Hickory!
Over the years Red lobster has went down hills. Hickory location the ceiling tile was super dark brown and 3 look like were rdy to fall at any moment. Unsure if understaffed but our party of 8 waited for extremely long time to get our food. Some people who ordered chicken Alfredo were finished eating before people who ordered all you can eat shrimp even got their initial dish. The reorders of shrimp took almost as long. All in the party have agreed to never grace Red Lobster again. Sad this has gone down hill over the years. The food when did arrive wasn't as flavorful us just a month prior. Shrimp scampi had no garlic flavor...Tasted like boiled shrimp with butter.

Took almost a hr just to get our food when people that came after us got served 1st the waitresses Dannielle N. Was completely clueless and really acted like she didn't care too serve me and my pregnant girlfriend our tables were dirty and the seats she kept serving my gf carbonated water basically it was suppose to be starry just all around a awful experience
