Great food spot for sushi and other Japanese cuisines. The price is fair and the quality is good. Don't let the outdated interior throw you off, the staff and food is excellent! The waitresses went above and beyond as well!

To die for Sushi and the wings are the absolute best around. The clear soup is my absolute favorite and my go to every time I am feeling less than 100%. I swear it has healing properties. 1000% recommend. They also have a drive thru window. Win win

I’m so disappointed I had two rolls and a drink after tip. It was 36 and some change for one person and I have to say that was honestly some of the worst sushi ever had but I was really really hungry. I’m not in a familiar city and I was here so I ate it. The ingredients listed on the menu were not actually in the sushi. The raw roll tasted very fishy. I hope I don’t get sick from it. I should’ve just stopped after the first bite. I wish I would’ve.I think I read someone else’s comment that said it was way too much rice that’s true. The sushi was poorly presented falling into pieces cut into such thick pieces that it was like three bites four bites for one piece And while I was waiting to pay, I noticed it’s filthy in there so I won’t return. The cashier asked me how was it? I asked her would you like to know honestly she said yes I told her she seemed totally stunned.and it seems like we live in a culture now where we only complain online if we say something to someone’s face inside the establishment no matter how respectfully We areA problem For saying something about what we’re putting in our body and what we’re giving our hard earned money for,or we get a label and they don’t do anything about it. They just look at you like what do you want me to do? so if you know sushi if you’ve had good sushi, this is not your spot.

So, this place has been around forever. Food was always good, the usual flavor of all Japanese restaurants. Now I am ADDICTED!!! You have to try the STEAK!! The flavor is amazing-balls! It's cooked to order and I don't know if they serve a whole steak or not but I hope they do!!

Best sushi in hickory or surrounding area period.... Food comes in large portions plus taste great. Even when it's short staffed or crowded the meal still delivers and the sushi is always on point. Plus the staff have always been super nice to me and anyone I have brought in. My only complaint is I wish they could kick out subway and village inn (worst pizza ever) and expand.
