On May 13, 2025 used the drive thru at the Lenoir Ryne location in Hickory and as I left the order screen and drove toward the window the shrubs on the window side are so close to the curb they scratched the side of my truck bed, Got an estimate is will cost $1500. Hopefully Starbucks will pay for the cost and should remove the bushes as they are on the curve which is tight and overgrown bushes do not help. My order was fine just totally stressed over the damage to my truck

Was rude to me at the window All because I asked for a pupaChino I even apologized that I forgot to order it at the speaker, but she continued to give me a lesson on needing to order it at the speaker. It took them three seconds to make it. I felt like this was bad customer service.

Went there today to get a caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and espresso… got handed a drink with a little caramel on top. I hand it back and explain my ticket says it was supposed to be the crunch with extra caramel. They pour regular caramel on top and hand it back to me. At that point I just left. The espresso is burnt and obviously not what I ordered. The drink doesn’t taste of caramel at all either. I will not be back to this location. Waste of money and time.

Went in at 5:30 on a Saturday morning with a list of drink orders all with customized requests. The very nice young lady took the list and within minutes the team had everything ready. The young man even helped me out to the car.
