It would be nice when googling Starbucks to know if it was a stand alone store or inside another business. It was hard to find.

Always the same guy working and I commend him but one girl was coughing and not wearing gloves and making drinks without a mask either. I have literally gone there and been given a mile long list of what they didn’t have when it would’ve been quicker for me to say what I wanted because they had it or for her to say they didn’t have it. That worker always seems annoyed the same one that was coughing. The line is usually very long and it’s not worth it it’s also more expensive in target than in a regular store. They also said they couldn’t use scan and pay with my card but they could scan stars. I’d rather go to an actual store!!

I decided to stop in to grab a cold brew during a grocery run on Saturday 5/17/25 around 12:30 in the afternoon. Per normal, the Target Starbucks line was rather long, but I was luckily shopping kid free that day and in no rush to scurry back home, so I waited patiently (all the mamas understand). I would guesstimate I waited between 10-15 minutes and the entire time only one person was working, a very tall, dark haired man. I wish I had gotten his name because I would love to give him the biggest shout out! The whole time I was in line I watched him seamlessly take multiple orders and make their drinks all in a line like a bar tender. He never messed up, never faltered, and pumped out coffee to the masses like a pro. You know how us white girls can get about our sugar flavored drinks, and he met every single one of us in line with a big smile and welcomed greeting. He held polite conversations as he worked and even made sure each person got their correct order handed directly to them, instead of just slamming them on the counter for you to find. I'm not sure where you found them gem of a gentleman, but during the time I was there, he made each and every person feel like their order was important and even the grumpiest Karen seemed to leave in a better mood (that may have also been because they finally got their caffeine fix for the day). He made sure when taking your order you didn't miss anything, and would double check to make sure you have everything you want when he handed off the goods. He'd even offer to fix your drink if you have any issues. I know it's stressful being the only one working (I'm hoping there was a coworker on break and Starbucks didn't just fail this man by having him work alone on a Saturday), and I hope he knows how amazing he is to take a deep breath, grit his teeth, and keep on pushing through as if nothing was the matter. I don't even know if my cold brew tasted good or not because the only flavor I could taste was pride. Whoever his mama is, should be proud.

Server only doing online orders, no interaction with physical customers. If the location can't handle both online and physical customers it should stop online orders. Watched 5 customers leave before they could have their order taken, then I followed suit.

I usually love Starbucks, but today’s experience was really disappointing. We ordered three drinks, and from the start, an employee named Lydia, her attitude was off. Every time we mentioned a new drink, she rolled her eyes, which felt really rude. We get that the holidays are busy, and we tried to stay understanding, but her behavior just kept getting worse. By the end, we were left feeling frustrated, not just with the drinks, but with the poor service. I hope Starbucks looks into this, as it really affected our visit today.

One of the employees named Alanis with blue hair and pronouns took my order today. I intentionally paused after I was done to see if she was going to offer me the new Raccoon Cake Pop. I waited but instead she told me my total and walked away. A gorgeous woman named Jasmine floated over to the register before I could put my card in and offered the Raccoon Cake Pop to me and it made my whole day! That was the best Raccoon Cake Pop I’ve ever tried! Thank you to Jasmine for the wonderful suggestion, no thanks to Alanis (Blue Hair and Pronouns) however.

3 stars because the girl that rang me up was nice. The tall man working today wouldn't sell a cranberry bliss bars tray and said i had to buy each of them individually @ $3.65 each instead of $19 for the tray because he didn't know how to ring it up. No thanks.

My daughter and I went in on 12/31/23. We ordered three drinks. An iced latte, and two frozen. We received all three iced. We asked to have the drinks fixed. The lady started making a new drink but used whole milk, my daughter said it was suppose to be oat milk. (She has an allergy). The worker dumped the cup out and started making the drink. I asked for a new cup and she tossed the old cup across the place. We will not be going back there.
