When this place first opened it was good now every time I go I can’t ever get my coffee without the espresso tasting so burnt I have to throw it out. Don’t recommend this Starbucks save your money and go somewhere else

I travel WNC , East TN , and SW VA weekly for work and this by far my favorite Starbucks. Staff is the friendliest of any Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Mobile orders are always correct and done quickly. Hickory must have a lot of Karens for this store’s rating to be below 4.5.

Usually, I have a great experience here. This morning not so much. My friend and husband and I decided to meet for coffee with our 4 year olds, we bought our coffee and snacks and decided to sit in a back corner in order to contain the children. There were two other grown men sitting two tables down from us and they were just talking. Our children were contained and NOT able to run around and destroy anything. We didn't let them. Although the kids did get a little loud, as they were happy and excited. One of the workers came up and told us if we didn't keep our kids quiet and contained she was going to ask us to leave as we were disturbing the experience for the people around us. Which we weren't, but of course starbucks doesn't like the sound of children being happy. I'm very disappointed in this and honestly it's so very upsetting as I've been coming to this starbucks for a while.

Employee handling the drive through messed up my order twice forgets creamer and eventually just gives me a cup full of creamer with no lid so I can do her job for her. I won't be coming back. I suggest the waterbean down the road. The customer service and quality and Employees are held to a much higher standard.

Just had the best experience at this Starbucks location. I’m a frequent Starbucks drinker and usually just get my order and move on. But today one of the baristas wrote “you’re amazing” with a heart on my lid and honestly it just made my day. That small act of kindness went a long way for my day. Thank you Bri! Y’all are awesome! ❤️

They are so slow. The store is not even packed, and here we are waiting more than 30 minutes for a couple of drinks.
The lady taking my order was absolutely mean and she made my coffee taste horrible do not go here seriously

Over 20 minutes for mobile order. People walked in and get order before mine. Previous week added no espresso to a latte, did not know until on the road. Did not return to fix. Horrible service. I am done with Starbicks
