Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a tall drink and was given a cup that felt almost empty and looked like it had already been sipped from—I hadn’t touched it at all. Barely anything was served. This is disgusting. I want a refund. Never coming back. AND WILL BE TALKING TO THE MANAGER!!!

This has got to be one of the slowest Starbucks in NC. Is ‘slow as a tortoise’ a requirement on the job application for this place? I know these are first world problems but Christ Almighty waiting 20+ minutes for (truthfully) subpar coffee is beyond ridiculous. While i’m on the topic, what is with the drive thru being set up so you can’t escape the long wait? Oh and another thing, anytime I come here I get served a fraction of a drink. If I’m paying an arm, leg, and firstborn child for a drink I would hope it would at least be filled more than 3/4, wishful thinking I suppose.

Insanely slow, and made me wait excessively long for drip coffee while I watched it sit ready behind the counter while specialty drinks kept coming out.

First time having Starbucks in the South and we were pleasantly surprised. We are used to Seattle area Starbucks and the coffee there was always bitter. Not here! Great coffee and service. We also ordered the cheese danish and were expecting it to be the suger plum cheese danish, but it was plain cheese, but it was good anyway. We will be back!

I love Starbucks.
This location needs more workers or better management. Something.
Everytime I come here I’m waiting 30minutes to an hour for an already pricey drink. Money is one thing. Time is another.
It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get through a drive through with 8 people infront of me.
I think I’m done with this location unfortunately. Almost drove off today $8 down and no drink to spare myself of that hefty wait time.

This Starbucks is ridiculously slow. I wait at least thirty minutes here every time I order regardless of how busy they are. Today I got a latte and I guess they didn’t put any coffee in it because it looks and tastes like just syrup and milk. Every time recently I have gone to this location they have made my drink wrong.

Ordered my drink and food got to the window and everyone was just walking around not coming to the window waited 10 min for someone to come to the window with my order while I watched it just sitting there. Need better training better service.

Becoming the worst Starbucks to go to very quickly, placed my mobile order at 7:50 am and didn’t receive my drink until 8:21. Almost every visit I am having to ask if they can put my caramel drizzle on that I order through the app and is on the sticker. They put the mobile stickers up and don’t go in order of who orders what they just grab the tickets and make drinks. Starbucks corporate needs to desperately visit this store and see where they are falling short. It looks like they’ve lost some team members which has severely hurt the rapport of this location. The manager seems like he has his ducks in a row and I hope he seriously sees how his team is falling behind.

Honestly, the worst Starbucks. I always have to wait 30 min to get my drink. The customer service is terrible. They are never smiling. I get it we have bad days but it’s every time! Better off going to the Starbucks up the road

So I was just picking up an order for GrubHub and I understand getting busy at all, but I waited I'd say at least an hour maybe longer for one coffee and nobody had any explanation except for all we're busy and not only that, but it has been sitting there at the cash register for who knows how long that I finally had to go ask again after being told 20 minutes ago that was gonna be 10 minutes so yeah they need to get it together They could've at least offered me a coffee or something for sitting there waiting for so long, but they're only explanation. We just get busy sometimes so busy that you can't make a coffee faster than an hour.
