I travel WNC , East TN , and SW VA weekly for work and this by far my favorite Starbucks. Staff is the friendliest of any Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Mobile orders are always correct and done quickly. Hickory must have a lot of Karens for this store’s rating to be below 4.5.
Just had the best experience at this Starbucks location. I’m a frequent Starbucks drinker and usually just get my order and move on. But today one of the baristas wrote “you’re amazing” with a heart on my lid and honestly it just made my day. That small act of kindness went a long way for my day. Thank you Bri! Y’all are awesome! ❤️
Edit: Improvements have been made to amount of workers, etc. Will continue to update as necessary.
The staff are very overworked here and you can tell. Drink quality and service has gone down over the last 6 months. It's usually only 2 people handling the entire drive thru and all inside orders. They need help so we can get quality coffee again.
