I come by kinda often to this location. It's always busy and they seem understaffed. Everyone is usually busting their buts but there is a couple people I see that will just watch the others as they are drowning and not help. Very nice and friendly though. Other customers here are straight up crazy and makes me embarrassed to be one. I travel WNC , East TN , and SW VA weekly for work and this by far my favorite Starbucks. Staff is the friendliest of any Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Mobile orders are always correct and done quickly. Hickory must have a lot of Karens for this store’s rating to be below 4.5.
Just had the best experience at this Starbucks location. I’m a frequent Starbucks drinker and usually just get my order and move on. But today one of the baristas wrote “you’re amazing” with a heart on my lid and honestly it just made my day. That small act of kindness went a long way for my day. Thank you Bri! Y’all are awesome! ❤️
