I will be filing a complaint to corporate with this store order my usual sent my husband to go get it because I was to tired from working all day with a bad back. Brown sugar shaken espresso he came back with a dark chocolate burnt coffee drink. I tried to drink it but couldn’t and I ordered this drink multiple times to know whoever made this drink that night shouldn’t work there.

Crazy how It was my birthday and when I pulled in tried showing my ID because my app wasn’t working they STILL couldn’t give me the drink 🤣 a billion dollar company mind you !!!!

Ordered a drink with no dairy and was very clear about no dairy and I even asked before I left and was told it was non dairy. The drink had dairy in it because I went in to ask again and he said the drink did have dairy in it so I asked if it could be remade. The drink he remade for me had dairy in it as well. Very disappointed i spent $10 on a drink I could even drink.

Today’s experience at Starbucks was absolutely fantastic and the drink phenomenal thank you so much
They literally charged me twice & said that they couldn’t dispute my money back to me & to contact the bank. The girl at the drive thru said that she had to charge me twice because their “machine” wasn’t working. I even tipped them & They didn’t even make my drink right, it was watered down! ZERO STARS!!!!!!!

This is only 1 reason I love this location. The employees are always so kind. If there is ever a mistake (which is rare) is it corrected immediately, with a smile and deep apologies. This cup message tonight still has me smiling hours later. I used to come every night before work and then stopped because of changes of work hours. I love this and to be remembered is amazing considering how many people come through this location. I will always come here and tell people to come here.
