This is only 1 reason I love this location. The employees are always so kind. If there is ever a mistake (which is rare) is it corrected immediately, with a smile and deep apologies. This cup message tonight still has me smiling hours later. I used to come every night before work and then stopped because of changes of work hours. I love this and to be remembered is amazing considering how many people come through this location. I will always come here and tell people to come here.

Ciara is a Shining Star!⭐

While my family and I were in town for a volleyball tournament, we had a bit of a Starbucks snafu. My teenager had placed a mobile order, but unfortunately, Google maps directed us to the wrong location.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks a lot since October, I was displaced by the flood in Boone and this location is very close to where I’m staying in Hickory. The staff is amazing, it’s so easy to run in and grab my mobile order in the morning before my work commute to Foscoe. I’m always greeted with a good morning and my coffee, no matter what drink type I get, is always made to perfection. Thank you so much! 😊
