had a very upsetting experience today at the Subway located at 2157 N Center St, Hickory, NC. I placed a mobile order for a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich (meal of the day) and when I picked it up, the employee yelled from the back for me to grab it off the rack. The sandwich was ice cold, missing bacon, and had American cheese instead of pepper jack. When I politely mentioned it, she snapped back that the toaster was down and that “they can’t tell people that online.” You couldn’t call or text me? You’re sitting in the back - on your phone - not showing your face.

She was also rude to other customers, including a young girl who tried to fix a simple order mistake. My jaw was dropped in disbelief witnessing this. Her attitude was hostile and unprofessional, and I’m also concerned she wasn’t following proper food safety or hygiene procedures if this is the way she was treating people. A man even walked out that came in after the little girl.

Im normally not this person- I’ve worked as a server for YEARS, but I would like a full refund for my order and for this incident to be reviewed by management. This was genuinely one of the worst service experiences I’ve had and does not reflect the Subway brand I remember. I’ll stick to Publix, firehouse or Jersey Mike’s.

Doordashed 2 sandwiches asked for light mayo and chipotle sauce. They slathered both sandwiches in sauce and my turkey sandwich is more like a mayo sandwich they might've thought it was funny but I don't appreciate it what so ever my guess is they hired another Downey like all the other locations or this person needs to be fired.

I left my office Off of 70and went all the way to Subway on North center because they are usually the best.

Not so much today. I get all the way back to my office to have a sandwich on bread that is so hard. It is crumbling every time I touch it. Then I call back up there because I have no time left today and I’m told to bring the sandwich back tomorrow to see the manager. Forget my gas or my time why wasn’t it done correctly the first time? Did you not build this bread, crumbling when you cut into it? I’m sure you did, but you gave it to me anyways. Why? You asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said no so why do I have toasted bread because there is no way that you gave me bread this stale…..

Do not order from this subway.
I had an online order with no extra instructions- they must be illiterate or high. There was hardly any tuna in the sub I ordered, about 8 olives and I requested it to be toasted of course it was cold.
If I wanted bread I would’ve went to a bakery so thanks for the 80% bread!

I walked in to get my online order and there were no employees for 20 minutes in the store. They walked in the front door after 20 minutes and said “oh we didn’t know anyone was here?” ????

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant they were out of stock. Both of the kids at the counter were extremely rude to customers. The food was terrible. I would’ve brought it back, but I didn’t want to deal with the two idiots inside any longer. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed

Went for dinner. Placed online orders very clear instructions based on their app. Seems easy enough. They folded footlong flat bread sandwiches wrong instead of long way they folded them the other way ?‍♀️. They made my husbands great garlic (chicken) a steak and cheese how you confuse that is beyond me. They put bacon on my daughters that was supposed to be a ham sandwich. They left the garlic sauce off my sandwich (the great garlic). They had olives on my sons that was a basic ham and turkey (not supposed to have olives) My husband said when he picked up our order they were not busy but it was 2 people that seemed like they were clueless on their jobs. Not going to be returning to that location anytime soon
