Went for dinner. Placed online orders very clear instructions based on their app. Seems easy enough. They folded footlong flat bread sandwiches wrong instead of long way they folded them the other way ?♀️. They made my husbands great garlic (chicken) a steak and cheese how you confuse that is beyond me. They put bacon on my daughters that was supposed to be a ham sandwich. They left the garlic sauce off my sandwich (the great garlic). They had olives on my sons that was a basic ham and turkey (not supposed to have olives) My husband said when he picked up our order they were not busy but it was 2 people that seemed like they were clueless on their jobs. Not going to be returning to that location anytime soon

Pitiful execution of a restaurant, especially a chain. Workers are unfortunately incompetent or unable to read. Whether it be online order or in store the meal will be mediocre. Last few times there has been ingredients missing from the restaurant, sandwiches missing premium toppings, or simply just making it poorly. The only time, literally the only time it is worth eating is if it is BOGO. Even then, another restaurant would've served you something better constructed and more filling.Side note, how did they not have Mayo or lettuce on specific day? Won't know till you've paid online and get it home after pickup.

Go to Jersey Mike's, Firehouse Sub or Public down the street for your sandwich. Place an online order at 11 for pick up at Noon and still wasted my lunch time waiting. On top of the the Bella Moz premium sub was supposed to have "Fresh mozzarella patty" like in the ad, it shredded mozzarella. Avoid this place at all cost.

Made an online order and when I got here the worker told me that he didn't know where the subs were. He said he didn't know if they were thrown away or they fell in the floor. I mean who says that to a customer. You're telling me you really lost two footling subs? Complete incompetence. He said he had multiple orders in the last little while. I think really he just hadn't even started on the subs considering that there was bread sitting on the counter saying that it wouldn't take him long to finish them. I'm so annoyed right now.

They never seem busy around nighttime. I try not to visit this store as much just for their music selection. Always religious songs and brain dead employees make it seem like a cult.Update 2022. God has left the building!

worst experience i have every had at a subway. I know good help is hard to find right now but I was highly dissatisfied with the whole encounter as a whole. Did an online order which tells them exactly what to put on my 3 sandwiches that were order and they were completely wrong. Also, from the time of online purchase it was 50 minutes till they completed making my sandwiches wrong.
