I didn't even go to the bullshit place, but it sucks, i accidentally placed a order here and called to get a refund and they wouldn't even give me one, even though I didn't even get the food, so i paid for a sub i didn't even get, the manager if that even actually was the manager sucks

Online ordering has been so bad lately. They had a guy who could make the best sandwiches, now they have workers who get rude when they don't make the sandwich correctly and consider you to be lying about it. I've had 2 very bad experiences in a row where I ordered extra meat and then there is barely a regular amount of meat on the sandwich. I tip 20% for carryout and can't even get a correct sandwich. This store is going down hill fast.

Wow... impressed with this one man show tonight. The employee was handling business with pickup orders and walk in orders with energy and courtesy. Been to a lot of Subways in my life. Never seen someone handle it solo like this guy.

Never got to actually eat at this place, but I made an in app purchase and drove to the one I thought it was which was closer to my job. So I tried to cancel at this location and they refused to cancel my order and when I asked them if I’d be refunded they told me no. The girls who work at the other location where I was at that moment overheard and said that they cancel orders all time and refund whether the food is done or not. I decided to file a dispute with my bank.

Rude workers subs were not good atmosphere of sarcasm when I asked for a subway melt not thinking it had been replaced I was greeted with sarcasm and just not wanting to do their jobs.If you want a paycheck just do your job don't get in your feelings and have a horrible attitude.

Lately I've been going in the evenings ,and it's a man that works there. He has the nastiest attitude towards me, and he knows nothing about me. If whoever the owner or manager is would gather their female employees and asked me to come in and start asking questions about me, you would know exactly what I'm talking about. There's also a Hispanic lady that comes in the daytime that's totally rude, wouldn't speak to you (me) if meant saving my life. So as I have supported that place for the entire 11yrs I've been in the area and the money I've spent to be treated like that, I decided not to go there anymore!
