I visited this location on 11/3/2025 at approximately 6:30 PM. The three young people working were some of the most polite and friendly young people I have encountered in quite a while. I am always happy with the food at this Subway location, and these three individuals will make me visit again sooner rather than later!

I had a bad experience with customer service and an online order at this location over a year ago. The owner had reached out and made it right. He went above and beyond. I wanted to give a new review because we started going back to this location and the customer service has improved 💯 ! They will answer the phone 10 minutes before closing and still serve you. The food is always fresh and fast service. Always helpful to needs and suggestions . Always happy and helpful! Great Job Subway of Mountain View- Hickory NC!

I wish I could leave a 0 star review!! b Every time I have ordered from here, they put ingredients on my food that I did not ask for. i'm sure i'm not the only one who hates having to dissect their sandwich before they can eat it! Maybe READ the order and dont out ingredients the customer cant eat!! Reading properly is the first thing they teach in school!

I just moved to this area in February. I have been to this location 2 times, each time it was around 8 pm. The guys there were friendly. All the food in the bins was fresh and not all mixed up, and sloppy looking, also it was not frozen to the sides of the bins as I have seen in so many Subways. The store was clean and neat. Our sandwiches were made just the way we asked, we had 3 foot longs, all different and had several different toppings, my son was just ratteling off toppings and the guy remembered them all, I thought he couldn't keep up but he got them all just right.. The guys working on 5/30/25 did a superb job. We were only in there about 10 minutes. Used a coupon also. Great service guys!!! I'll be back more often. 👏👏👏👏👏

My husband and I went in Saturday afternoon about lunch time. The food and service were terrible. We spent over $30 on two subs. They acted like they didn't know how to fix the food when asked.They had a call in or order online but we were standing there in front of them and it was a no go until they were donewith the other order. Very little lettuce or anything else put on our sandwiches. Last time we went in they had no lettuce. Why would you not tell people that before they order? This was a second chance for this location for us and we won't be back.

We usually have a great experience here but not today. We did not want toasted sandwiches, just the meats heated of course for the cheese steak and meatball subs. The meat inside both sandwiches was cold. My daughter’s sandwich did not have the right bread. The food was not good. It was a pick up order. So once we got home and found this, the only way to fix the problem is to bring everything back and have it re-made. Which is a total inconvenience. Terrible food.

I guess if you know the employees at this location you get special treatment. Like the lady that come in behind us got her sandwich made before all the people in line. And no it wasn't a take out order. Not to mention the child that jumped up to fix this ladies sandwich wasn't even doing anything before. The other two guys was struggling to keep up with the people ahead of the intitled lady. On top of that the lettuce was withered. And they didn't have alot of stuff including banana peppers.

Subway has the app that is junk and only way to eat there is with coupon or order with app that don't work half the time .more aggravating than it's worth spend all the time on app and then oops something went wrong and you must start over but if you go into a store it cost 3 times what it is if you use app plus you stand there while they make all of the online subs of the lucky while acting like your not even there if someone is in front of you deal with that person right away especially if the person who ordered on line is not there for pickup .that's not good customer service in my book and to make it 3 times as much in person is bad business and I hope they do a update on there business model and reset back to online just being a service for anyone not wanting to deal with ordering in person and not forcing the other people to use the app to get a fair price on a sub.there are other sub places to go where they want the customer to eat there because of the fair price and don't price gouge you for not using a stupid app that at best is troubled. SOME PEOPLE JUST WANT A SUB TO EAT NOT A HEADACHE FROM TEC THAT DONT WORK HOPE YOU COME TO THERE SENSES AND FIND OTHER WAYS TO GET PEOPLE TO USE APP TO SHOP THERE WITHOUT

Ordered on app. Coupon code from Mail did not work.. It said ready and was not in fact ready. Two young girls working and not busy when I ordered. Fun time waiting on them to make order after order already confirmed ready.

Ordered a turkey & ham 6" sub to eat in. Sandwich was on Honey wheat, not toasted. The bread was so stale and dry that it practically disintegrated. I brought it back to to the worker & showed him how dry and crumbly it was & he said that happens when it's toasted. I told him it wasn't toasted though. He told me that just how the honey wheat is. Stale, dry & crumbly. Would not remake it

I was impressed with the building, the employees, the dining area, and my delicious salad! I eat Subway often. I have to eat salads. This store had a huge selection from which to choose! Food area was clean and well stocked. Drink station worked. Dining room was huge. It was very nice.

We can never get through on their phone and the meat and vegetables are never at either end of them.When my Grandson went and ordered the subs and a 50.00 gift card the employees was sitting in a booth on their phones they never answer the phone up there I question myself on purchasing the card but it's going to another state..Thank you for asking.God bless
The lettuce was old looking, however as they were making the sub we said something and they grabbed fresh lettuce. Got the sandwiches home and the onion paper was not peeled before slicing.
