Great place! We went for breakfast. Biscuits were a little dry and pancakes were a little tough, but everything else was outstanding. I particularly liked the hand made sausage patties and great flavor on the French toast. Outstanding service and great atmosphere. Highly recommend ?

Went there for some breakfast with my girlfriend. Got some regular breakfast food, mine was some pancakes, eggs and a meat for $11.99. My girlfriend got a granola bowl, which was just granola and some fresh cut fruit in a bowl (cereal) for $8.99. The atmosphere was good the staff were friendly, the food was alright all around it was a pretty decent experience. However I just was taken back a little by the price. Seems like pretty simple breakfast should cost a little less than that. I would imagine that a cute breakfast joint like this in a bustling city like Charlotte or Ashville would have these type of prices, but little old Mountain View really? If the prices were maybe like 25% less I would give a higher rating but, I doubt that would happen.

Spacious dining with great service and delicious food, mostly American diner but with some Latino dishes and flavors as well.
Because the place was packed, we had to wait 15 minutes. But that tells you the food is good. Which it is! ? Prices are reasonable; the two of us ate for less than $25, including the tip.

It's one of the best cheeseburgers in 60 miles. The right combination of meat, cheese, and a great lot of bacon. Highly recommend the Sunny Side restaurant.

We sat and waited for service. The people that came in AFTER us were taken care of first. When we were finally served,(. The gravy was terrible ) the waitress never came back to refill our coffee. I had to wave to the employee by the front door to have him get the waitress.
