Negative stars. I called to speak to the manager after receiving a bowl with no rice, beans, sour cream or guacamole. I called to talk to the manager after she threw out my taco bowl in garbage and locked the door on my friends who tried to fix the issue. Not only did she throw the food out, she opened the bowl, stuck her fingers in the bowl, mixed it around a little, and threw it in the garbage. Instead of fixing it, she insisted that the bowls were mixed around so she couldn’t fix it and she could tell something obviously happened to the bowls so she couldn’t fix it. How insane would someone have to be to pick out every single grain of rice from a rice bowl? There was no rice. And throwing away a bowl that we paid for already is crazy. I asked for the number from corporate and she said I can google it and she hung up on me. This person has no customer service skills whatsoever. All of the most recent reviews are also terrible. I don’t understand why she has not been reprimanded already.
Food is most of the time hot and ready and always delicious
But the wait time for anywhere around 9-11 is awful. Only two cars ahead of me in the drive thru yet it's been almost 20 minutes while cars pile up behind.
Otherwise staff are most of the time respectful and sweet

Takes over 30 minutes for drive through
I wish I could have given zero stars for the food. I had the Mexican pizza combo today and it was awful. Overall very little meat was put on my food. The pizza was so small and did not taste good. The price of the combos has almost doubled but the size of the menu items does not justify the added cost. I will not be going back to Taco Bell.

Where do I begin? Well, it was 2/28/2025 and we had a wonderful day with family. We decided to stop at taco bell around 7:30. We pull up and park because we already see the line is long in the drive-thru, we go in and about 6 people are in there and waiting on their food. We place our order on the kiosks and begin to wait, little did we know that it would turn into an hour and 45 min wait.....4 employees on hand, one of the 4 was in the bathroom the ENTIRE TIME! The other employee girl was just in lala land and Roamed around. The other 2 employees(I wish I knew their names) I PRAISE THEM...they were slinging tacos by the second, drive thru window, the driver had been there for 47 mins. The amount of effort those 2 were putting in to getting those tacos out were amazing! However, the other 2 could have stepped up and helped. By an hour in we had 25 people in the lobby and several of us been there for an hour and the drive thru is wrapped around. How sad taco bell only had 4 total but only 2 working employees working under the conditions they did. None of the sauces had been refilled..sitting empty, a dirty cleaning towel lay on the counter at the sweet tea jug with a bottle of comet bleach, not sanitary at all. The roaming employee had gloves on and touched everything, even the register with the gloves and then continued to go pittle around in the food. So we FINALLY get our food, most of it was wrong and definitely cold. We spent almost 40 dollars on food that night. We knew if we wanted it corrected, we would be waiting another hour and we did not want to do that. The employees never offered a refund but only offered a cup for a free drink because we waited so long. But during the 1st hour we stepped up and ask why we haven't received our food yet 😕 well the little roaming employee cleared ours off the screen and didn't tell anyone...it came back up on the screen as a remake...I am sad to say we will probably never eat there again. That place was a regular for us throughout the week, every week. But I thought it was best to share my experience so others do not have to deal with what we did.

The cashier wouldn't trade my food out because I already ordered it after I said I can't eat hard tacos only soft...and the Mexican pizza tastes like soap water could be poisonous in Atlanta it's discontinued you all should do the same before y'all get sued!!!

Extremely slow and poor prioritization. I want to say poor management however it seems like a case of dealing with kids who don’t know how to work more than management failing. Food was somehow underwhelming even after considering the food was ready 40 minutes after my scheduled pickup. Some staff are very slowly and halfheartedly cleaning while the rest are struggling to keep up with orders. Multiple people were waiting in the lobby for to go orders that all seemed to be behind. The young lady at the start of the line was the only one who seemed to know anything. The 3 guys and the one girl working a cleaning rag should all be let go. I’m sure the other 2 girls there would be more efficient without them in the way.

Literally takes forever and the drive-thru they do it on purpose because I try to get a job there but they said they need no people but clearly they need people it takes 30 minutes for me to order my food terrible place I wouldn't recommend

Drive thru time is horrible. Do not pick up doordash late at night here you will be waiting 30 minutes. They forget items as well. Fire everyone and restaff

I’m writing a review simply on the service. I pulled into the drive-through and I was the only car there. l sat at the speaker for at least five minutes no one ever acknowledged that I was there I looked over the menu we figured out what we wanted and still waited. Two cars pulled in behind me. After another few minutes. One drove off so I circled around, intending on going in, but the line inside was all the way out to the door, so I got back in the drive through behind the car that was behind me. That car was helped and pulled up to the window as soon as I pulled up to the speaker, a male voice told me they were short-staffed to look over the menu and would be back in just a few minutes sat there at least another five minutes no one ever came back to the speaker. When I drove off he was standing at the window talking to the car that had just pulled up I cannot write a review on any of the food because I never received any service to even be able to order any food. I can understand being short-staffed, but this seems like poor time management. If you’re gonna waste people’s time, at least let them know upfront by putting up a closed drive through sign instead of making them wait 10 to 15 minutes for nothing! I haven’t stopped there in a while and only stopped there because my nephew wanted something from there. I definitely will not be back.

BRING BACK THE EMPENADA. This location always gets our order wrong, have employees smoking outside the front door, always filthy inside, employees cuasing while im inside the store, and the drive thru wait is horrible, but this location was the only one who had the apple empenadas, and that was the only reason I kept coming back. Now they're gone. Won't be coming to this location. TACO BELL GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER. Thanks

The food was just fine. We went through the driveway with an order at the and at the window they brought our food in bags. It was a pretty large order I have a large family. As always try to make sure I have everything. I got home and I was short a burrito supreme. Needless to say someone had to share food because of that. Just make sure you count your food before you leave in that it's the right thing.
Absolutely piss poor place. I’ve known this to be a bad Taco Bell for years but last night had the worst experience. They had no ice so they gave us a warm tea and then when we asked to have a soda instead because it would be cold they switched it and I said thank you and got stone walled. We had two orders and food was missing from both of them including the MAIN ENTREE of one of the meals.
