We went to eat here. We ordered our appetizer and we waited forever. By the time they brought it we had our food. Then my meal was wrong so they took it back. I waited forever again. The waitress came by and ask if they had ever brought my food yet. I told her no. Then by the time they brought them my daily was done eating so I had to get them to go. So I end up leaving with just beef tips and no fries or anything. Almost 20.00 for a meal of just a few beef tips that look like a kids meal. We had a horrible experience. No management at all even came around to ask if everything was okay. Even after sending them back not one person of management came around.

What has happened to one of My former favorite places. When I am texted 0 to 10 minute wait and then told after 20 minutes it will be another 20 minutes......... That was earlier this week. Then today we are told no waiting and literally walk from the car to the desk. With no one waiting and 4 girls hanging around the desk and we are told 25 minutes. The restaurant was nearly empty. So sad. I guess we are no longer your target demographic.

I have always gotten good service with call ahead, but this is the 2nd time this week that the app said 10 minutes and after I got here they said 20 to 25. Wouldn't be so bad but there isn't anyone here. No apology ...nothing. There won't be a 3rd time.

This was the absolute worst experience at Texas Roadhouse I’ve ever had. First of all the plates they seated us with for the biscuits add cheese melted all over the plates where nobody made for certain the plates were clean We waited over 10 minutes for a tea refill with the waitress nowhere in sight. When our food arrived, we had to wait almost another 10 minutes for somebody to bring the silverware just so we could eat. My steak was not even closely prepared to the way I ask. The waitress had an attitude because I asked her to do her job like refill tea glasses make sure your customers have silverware, napkins, bring fresh rolls with a hot meal. I do not go to Texas roadhouse very often because it is so expensive. After this experience, I’ll go anywhere else, but Texas roadhouse.
I took My service dog there and was going to celebrate cuz we just moved out of boymont motel in hickory NC. Which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. But we were greeted by Superman and two other character's. My services dog loved it. So did I. Most of the service was great, but you know you always have one bad Apple in the bunch. We weren't going to let that spoil our evening. So all and all it was GREAT 😃

Food: Ordered two steak dinners and neither was good. They were just okay. First was under cooked. Second was very fatty. Note. The steak in the showcase is nothing like what is on your plate.
Service: she was exceptionally pleasant and warm. Checked in quite often for being peak dinner time.
Atmosphere: it was busy and loud which led me to believe the steaks were going to be great. A major led down.
Parking: meh but I chalk it up to being busy.
Conclusion: I will eventually give them another shot but it may be some time. My reasoning for 4 star. Rest of the food was rather good and tasty.

The whole staff was friendly. We were greeted by an older gentleman who said he hoped we had a great dinner. The hostes was friendly and understanding of our kids, and it was a great meal: the drinks always refilled. The Ribeyes were out of this world good.. Sauteèd mushrooms were a great decision. The gentleman stopped by again and complemented out family before we left. I think we have a new favorite steak place!
Our family has gathered here several years during the holidays. We have consistently received great service along with a quality, tasty meal priced reasonably. At our recent visit Dominique was exceptional and took very good care of our group. Drinks were full, bread was available, she checked on us, and had a smile. The bar area has a table right below an AC vent which made the kiddos a little uncomfortable, hence only 4 stars for atmosphere. Thanks for another great experience!

After 2 visits within the last two weeks, I have determined that you can't get good service here. On the first visit, I had to go get our bread from up front. We saw other customers with bread, but we were never offered any. On this same visit I had to go get my son a refill at the bar. We tried again two weeks later. We never received any bread or refills. The food was very good, it's just not possible to get good service here.

I loved my experience tonight at Texas Roadhouse. Zach was such a good server, super quick and on top of things and very nice! He helped move along the process of eating here so well as it was really busy for the holidays. I would go again and request Zach 100% :)
