Our order was placed at 7pm. The restaurant called us at 7:30 and told us no one has come to pick our food up. He received a call from delivery chef while on the phone with us. They driver finally went to pick our order up and we did not receive our order from Delivery Chef until 8 pm. Our food was cold, as it had set while they waited for them to pick it up for delivery. Not happy with the service from Delivery Chef.

So if you want delivery, hot and right and not fear that door dash scare of people messing with it. If your in burke county, these are the people to go thru. you get an estimated time of arrival to deliciousness and if any restaurant issue the driver calls and resolves asap.
