No where near as good as it used to be. Previous owners were much better and truly understood customer service. Current staff is rude and couldn't care less how they treat people. Not to mention the prices are super high. Remember, you are buying ham, not gold. Profit before people is just a sad way to run a business.

I bought 1 smoked turkey beast, 1 oven roasted turkey breat, 1 smoked ham, and 1 pot roast for post Thanksgiving / pre Christmas family get-together. All of it got wiped out. The whole family loved it. Definitely will buy more. Can't go wrong with Honey Baked meats. The NY style cheese cake is the best I have ever tasted. WINNER!

Placed an order online. I've used honey baked ham for lots of orders. Food is always great. I didn't like this location particularly. They don't honor military discount like all the other locations. When I called to verify that they were open on veterans day when I placed my order on the app the store manager was extremely rude and kept stating, "if you placed it online and selected a time then you can pick up your order" when all I needed was a simple" yes we are open on veterans day". She just kept repeating herself when i said i just needed to verify that. When I walked into the store to pick up our order it was extremely small and hot inside. Its definitely not somewhere easily accesible for handicap people. Thankfully I was only visiting so I won't have to use this location again. After reading other reviews I'm really surprised the store manager still works there. She is extremely rude. I spent almost $200 dollars. I HIGHLY recommend going to literally any other location. The food is good at honey baked but dealing with her isn't worth it.

Our order was such a mess. Each sandwiches bread was smushed and broken apart. The amount of meat was laughable. There was more tomato than there was meat. My sliders were tasty but flattened and burnt. The sides taste good but for $3, you literally get a couple spoons worth. Overall, very disappointing for the price.

The fats ham I ever got payed 95.00for it and I try to buy one every year
We purchased a $77. Ham for a group of friends. ThOugh the taste and tenderness was great, it had a crescent of fat across the top most of the way down. Also, when we heated it per their instructions, it did not heat well and the chunks of glaze did not melt all of the way.

Bought a ham yesterday and when I got it home, the glaze was separated from the ham like a solid turtle shell stuck to the wrapper. Called today and was told to bring it back WITH receipt. Took it back and waited about 15 minutes after they took my ham to the back room. The supposed new ham appeared to be my old ham that had the sugar shell had been retouched on my old ham. I told the rude woman that is was my old ham twice and she denied it and turned around and said rudely, "Have a Merry Chritmas." When I told her I needed to look at it when she brought out the so called replacement ham and she said she couldn't do that and I told her I could. It blew my mind when I realized the ham was my original. Hateful white headed woman. She needs strong repremand.
