Really good experience. Grilled wings and Blackened Red Snapper were a nice treat. Service was prompt and attentive. I recommend this place.
This place was a random choice on the return leg of a road trip and we were pleasantly surprised. It's your average neighborhood sports bar... but the food was far superior. The "soups" including the chili and the chicken and dumplings were incredible. The fried mashed potato cakes with the mushroom sauce are brilliant and so tasty. My chicken in the golden BBQ sauce was perfect. My lady's pulled pork was super tender and flavorful. If you're in the area you need to get over there!
Vegetarian options: They have some great sides, but most meal options involve meat.

Loveeee everything about this place , the ambiance just speaks to my soul and the food always hits my cravings, but the service , the service is UNMATCHED I love Berenice she’s the best and cutest ball of energy, and she’s always so attentive and courteous, she really lights up a room 12/10 service
Terrible experience. Ordered wings at 9:00 p.m. Wasn't aware closing was at 9:30. Before the wings were out, my sinuses were assaulted with a very concentrated solution of floor cleaner in a bucket set right behind me. It was too thick a smell to eat or drink anything. I ended up taking the wings to go. There were so many things wrong with that, but I will sum it up with this: Most people want to be at a bar or restaurant that doesn't make them feel like they are in the sticks being served by a bunch of clueless hillbillies.

Such a disappointment. This place was a really great place to eat a couple years ago. My wife and I went to The Olde Tavern for our anniversary dinner last night. (Monday Jan 28th 8:30-9:30 pm) Got the 12oz Ribeye and pulled pork plate. I received my stake first, it looked like a sirloin very thin and hard to cut through. Terrible quality. My wife didn’t receive her pulled pork plate until 15 minutes after me. When the plate arrived the hush puppies and fries were hard as a rock and the pulled pork was dried up and hard. We sent the plate back. We spent $78 and my wife didn’t even get to eat and I only ate a qtr of my meal due how awful it was and not cooked properly. I am not one to complain much but this was unacceptable. The waitress was polite but she should have put in for a complimentary service. The chef here is awful. Never again. And it says a lot when the owner does not post or respond to negative experiences. Careless.

Do not order the steak. I've ordered 2 different times and same experience, the ribeye should hold a tender marbling texture, however, theirs is a low grade with tuff grizzle and they charge the same $30 that Texas Road house would charge.
Service is great, it appears to have a great bar for the locals.
Good place for a burger or lunch food....not dinner.
