First of all I was in there and the owner is rude really dnt know how to run a business and the employees you had in there was the best so y’all change management and let them go that was very unprofressional . I will not be back and imma report y’all to the health departmentNeed to learn how to treat your employees y’all fake afOh and I forgot to mention since your employees was African Americans that made them rudeY’all are the rude ones

I always enjoy coming to this store; I think they have the best bubble teas in the area. If you aren't sure what to get, I always recommend the Thai Tea! The yogurt options are good too and actually have unique flavors. Try them out!

staff was extremely friendly. so good and so clean! the staff was cleaning up after each customer which is great!

The “Manager” on duty, was so rude and she was even bothered that we even came to shop at this place, I’m guessing cause she was sitting down eating some of her product and we interrupted, the place looked like it hasn’t even been sweep in days dust and trash on floor and tables dirty… I have been here before and havnt recvd such bad service before ……

Customer service is horrible. Rude and unwelcoming. Don't waste your time. She didn't bother to ask what she could help with. When we asked questions, she was very short and had a bad attitude. We ise to go all the time. We made one more attempt today. And it was the same person with the same bad attitude

Went 8.30.23 around 7pm. There was only 4 frozen yogurt flavors to pick from but we made the best with what they had. They had vanilla, orange, peach, and juicy red. Plenty of toppings. The staff member Keisha (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was amazing. She was super sweet and personable and helped make the experience a fun one for my 6yo kid. Customer service really matters in a place. We were pleasantly surprised considering some recent reviews. Nonetheless though, I visit Joann fabrics across the parking lot very often and am glad I finally stopped in tutti frutti and will visit again! Thanks Keisha your doing a great job

Thought id try out this place ehh not your typical boba shop my taro was not even purple and the flavor seems to be off... In a paper carabou coffee cup tje cup got soggy fast..

Went for the first time today to try bubble tea and was told they weren’t able to make any drinks, so we left.

Clean place but half the machines were empty and staff wasn't very nice... back to sweet frog.

Exceptionally clean, taste great and very affordable.

Our on son orderd a drink and was unsure of the questions the person making the drink asked. After he received his drink we inquired about the drink and was going to pay for the drink he had wanted. The counter person interrupted and informed us he would not get another drink. They get one star only because no star is not a option.

My fiancé dropped me off at the door because i asked him too and before he could even go park the employee was rude and told me he needed to move, he couldn’t park there. it was her tone that automatically pushed me right back out the door. I didn’t even say anything, turned around walked out and left. She could’ve been nice about it, and i would’ve kindly told her he was moving. Rude, rude, rude.

We love Tutti Frutti, especially their staff. Barista/ cashier Heather is always a joy to see. She provides friendly and prompt service. We often come to this location just to visit her. Thanks for all you do, Heather (-:

5:22pm 2/25/23Was recommended this place, came in with some friends to try it out! The service was welcoming, but 2 out 3 drinks were pretty disappointing. The first was amazing ( that drink alone makes me want to come back) the other two was bland, bitter, and just downright distasteful.
