It never fails. Every time we go there, the did is always great. Our waiter was awesome, with a great attitude, and clearly loved his job. We go every time we have a chance and it's the same or better as the last.
Been there several times over the years but as of today, I will never go back. Today was a pretty nice day so wanted a good breakfast to take to the park. Little did I know this place apparently charges its customers a $2.50 service fee. For what, I don’t know. If that wasn’t bad enough they also charged me $2.50 To Go Fee. On top of that the waitress asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Yeah… That not going to happen after the $5 in bogus fees you charged.So from this day forward I’ll take my money I paid them for the food and fees and go buy else where. They should be ashamed to charge customers that.

I ordered the hash brown crispy! When it arrived with my meal one side was beautiful to flip it over and it wasn’t cooked on the other side! When I asked my waiter about it.. he the one who didn’t have a legit name on his badge, instead some fairytale name on his badge got an attitude.. my son waffle didn’t arrived with the meal. Yet another attitude when asked about it! There was only one friendly mature person in the whole place! I will not return!! When I attempted to contact the restaurant management Monday morning. Come to find out You cannot call an individual Waffle House anymore!! Everything has to be done online!! Waffle House used to be a go to place.. not anymore!! No one is held accountable for poor service and food!! Sad!!

This Waffle House is awful after waiting 45min just to be seen not served just noticed they finally came up and took drink order. Another 20 min goes by and they’re like ok what would you like to eat. After I ordered the not only was the order wrong but the waffle was stale and half cooked completely inedible along with the rest of the order. Worst Waffle House I have ever been to here's an idea quit cutting up and actually do what you’re being paid to do. 17 dollars for a plate that was completely inedible. I just paid the check and left to eat somewhere else I will never be back

Waitress was good. Cook must e been on a break because we had to wait 15 minutes before we even saw her. Until 4 other people arrived there was just the 2 of us. One of them received their food before us and when ours arrived the eggs weren’t even warm, bacon was burnt and they were low on butter and jelly. We decided not to eat and informed the waitress whe she informed us we would have to pay for the 2 sips of milk and the juice. Very disappointed!!!!
