We go here often. The past two times the service has been bad. They forgot one order. We reminded them. They forgot again. Took a really long time to get drinks (they weren't that busy). The desserts were either out or not fresh. Not sure what's going on bx before this it has always been really good.
This was my first time at Waterbean Coffee so I didn't know what to expect. I don't usually frequent coffee shops so I didn't know what kinds of food they would have. They were very helpful and answered my questions and helped me choose what to get. The coffee was delicious and I got a gluten free cookie that was very tasty. I've never had a gluten free snack so I was very surprised at how delicious it was. There were 4 of us and we each got something...

It was my first time going and the girl was very nice and I asked for oatmeal and on top of it. The purple stuff is made with whole milk, and i'm so glad that she mentioned that to me very helpful.
